Very attractive interior and comfy bed.

Not very generous in terms of the tea, coffee or toiletries. Just a couple of soap dispensers in the bathroom. We booked because the hotel had a restaurant, only to find it was closed at weekends, which was frustrating given how difficult it is to get a meal in Grenoble on a Saturday night!

The location was good - 20 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10 minutes from the town centre. The hotel is very close to a tram stop which made longer journeys easy. The Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

It was a good breakfast.

The car parking was not good. The bays are very narrow so unless you have a small car you may have to push it into the bay. From one side to the other it was narrow so you have to make a number of turns to get in or out.

Everything seemed pretty clean and the breakfast was great! Also, comfy beds.

The air conditioning was a bit weak and I had a leak in the shower. I wonder why was there no toilet brush.

We arrived very late in the evening in heavy rain. The receptionist was very helpful in helping us to find the car park even though he was getting wet too!

The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming, the restaurant responsible is very welcoming, she has supportive, active, with high friendly maners 🤩

Good location, comfortable bed.

Broken air conditioning for entire week, which was not fixed before my departure.

Very comfortable beds. Location is quite convenient to move around. Quite friendly staff.

Breakfast could have some more variety.

Breakfast was a very good selection of food- the croissants were beautifully light and small so one didn't feel like one was eating a huge one. The rooms were very well lit and airy. The room service was exceptional. We got some very lovely touches to our dinners - much appreciated. The staff were always friendly and helpful at all hours.

Perhaps some regular breakfast teas instead of so many types of infusions and fruit teas. Just had earl grey for the days we were there. That was the one thing that could be changed.
