Hotel is in a great spot for Old Town and the cable-car up the mountain. There was always someone in reception. They have parking but was unfortunately full when we arrived (my fault - must remember to book next time). There are bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away (closest bar is about 100m) The room was perfect for our two nights.

Parking, as with many cities, can be a problem. We cruised around for 10 minutes before finding street parking. Not too bad. There is an underground car-park (Philippeville) nearby but the spaces are small (we went in, tried parking, then left).

I love the location of the hotel close to tram stop and very easy to locate I love the view from my window and the kitchen help me a lot and all the staffs are nice.I will love to stay in this hotel again for my next holiday

Them refuse to change the towels in my room and they said it's not possible to change the towels secondly the stove up is very slow when you are cooking in fact I use hours to boil rice🍚. the management of the hotel should do something about the stove up I was so frustrated😤😔 when I was cooking 👨‍🍳🍲

Nice comfortable room in very good location ten minutes from train and in the centre of town. Wifi and tv worked well and able to leave bags. Bathroom fine as was the little cooking area. View from window was lovely.

Room not serviced (for 2 day stay), not sure if this is standard in France. While there was coffee/ tea making facilities there was no coffee or tea supplied (although coffee capsules were available at reception for a reasonable price). Reception closed for an hour during the day which can be a problem if your intending to leave bags.

It was a lovely room with a beautiful view of Grenoble! We were on the corner and could see mountains from both balconies. Our baby was crawling around happily. The location is great and the breakfast was great.

Just that the plugs were low to the ground and there weren't shild safety covers. We constantly had to watch our baby girl. That would be nice to add when a child is checking in.

The room was large enough to move around comfortably. Everything was functioning properly. Central location was good for sightseeing.

The check in started late and when I went to my room housekeeping was still cleaning so I had to wait even longer to enter. The shower is very dark. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety although everything was edible.

This hotel felt very secure and is in a great location in the center of town, very close to the teleferico and pedestrian streets. I appreciated their offer of private parking (9EUR/day) as they mentioned the street parking was very dangerous day and night (and I saw evidence of 2 broken windows on their street). There was a partial balcony, and bathtup -- it felt like a hotel room with a kitchenette.

The kitchen is a bit small but is adequate for a small meal and they do have a breakfast offer (11EUR). Some parts of the hotel felt very well-used.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the centre. I liked that in the room was little kitchen with the fridge and a stove, so you could storage your food and cook something quick to yourself. There were also pots, plates, cups etc. The bed was very big and comfortable. The view from the room was good too. The WiFi was also working good

Unfortunately, the kettle we had in our room didn’t work. It is also a bit inconvenient that the reception is closed from 12:30 to 14:00

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Victor Hugo tram station. I had a very nice view of the mountains, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and English-speaking.

The room did not look as fine as it did in the photos but it was still very decent.

Next to the innermost town center. Close to a public purking. The receptionist allowed us to save quite some money in parking by offering us the last available parking slot in the parking, although we had not booked it in advance.

Room was not that large, but not smaller than expected.

Location was great, really in the town center. Room was large and clean. Facilities inside the room -- notably kitchen -- were very good.

Staff was good, unfortunately they did not warn us about the end of breakfast time on Easter Monday so we missed it. The notice on the room about that was written in very small letters.
