Very clean, spacious, modern. Pool was nice. Very good value for money considering the quality of the hotel compared to many very old fashioned chalets with outdated decoration. Staff was very pleasant and accessible.

Pool was a bit cold for relaxing after a day in the snow. Dishwasher was not functional. The sofa which was supposed to be able to turn into a two person bed was more of a single bed than a double. Lastly, it’s worth noting that you have to climb a very long and icy hill in order to go from the hotel to the lift that takes you to the slopes.

Great location very close to cable car that runs across town. We stayed in a two bed apartment which was big enough for four. On arrival apartment was clean. Bedrooms were a reasonable size with two shower rooms. Only one toilet which think is a bit odd for a two bed apartment. Had a good sized tv in lounge with Netflix etc. Nice balcony with views across town and the slopes. Pool looked lovely although we didn’t actually use it. Handy having ski hire shop below the apartments. Ski locker was big enough for four and we never had to wait to change into / out of boots. Bakery service was fabulous, we used it every day. Restaurant attached to building was also very good. Staff were very helpful.

Although a small welcome box was provided this contained one toilet roll, one small sachet of washing up liquid,a small number of dishwasher tablets, two bin bags and one sponge, no tea towels or cloths were provided. Would be helpful to have more basic supplies in the apartment especially things like cloths and tea towels. Would also be nice to have the option to pay for a mid week clean as an extra.

Great location close to the main slopes. Spacious rooms (we had the 2-bedroom apartment) with well equipped kitchen. Great facilities throughout the hotel. Pool is a good size too. Balcony a nice touch with a great view. Feels very new, modern and in great condition.

Breakfast felt expensive at 20 euros a person. Windows would benefit from a mesh as either very bright or too dark with the curtains on. The little toilet doesn't have a sink so you have to leave and wash your hands in another room.

We stayed in a self catering unit and were provided with 5 shower towels for 5 people for 7 days. Furthermore, we were expected to use the same towels for the swimming pool. We enquired at reception about getting some additional towels and the best they could do was provide us with One additional towel. For the amount we paid I feel this was quite unsatisfactory and poor customer service overall.

Very practical apartment, reasonable price, walk 5 min to the lift. Environment-friendly, since avoids unnecessary bath robes or extra towels (but they are available at extra charge 15/8€). Herbal tee in the sauna area. Fresh croissants/baguettes for breakfast can be ordered at the reception. Nice restaurant in the same building “Bistro Les 2 Mules”.

Sauna nice, but small - we had to wait 10-15 min to get in during “rush hours”. Also very limited space to relax after. Swimming pool often full. In the apartment no dusch gel/shampoo.

Property was in an excellent location and 3 min walk to the Alpe Express lift which takes you to the main Berger area at the bottom of the slopes. Great underground car park which was very reasonably priced and much appreciated when we had to depart after a heavy snow fall. Great facilities within the hotel, sauna, swimming pool, bars, restaurants etc. Ski Hire shop was very close nearby and we received a discount by booking through the hotel. The apartments were very clean and tidy and well equipped. Note that there is no traditional oven, just a microwave. But otherwise very comfortable. All the staff around the hotel could not be more helpful and all spoke multiple languages. Would highly recommend.....

My only comment would be that the hallways and corridors around the hotel apartments could have been hoovered / cleaned more regularly during the stay and let down the otherwise great overall presentation of the hotel.

Really fantastic value for money. Apartment relatively spacious, kitchen equipment good, beds comfy. Nice pool and spa area. Good location

A bit of a nightmare with 100s of people checking in at 5pm. Previous guests will have left early so just stagger check in times? Should communicate about Tomorrowland set up derig as made access to town harder and the view less pretty!

It’s a shame the drain in the bathroom was blocked and smelling which I unblocked the first day. Small point but overall it was a great visit. Boot dryers in the lockers would be a standard in my opinion. Two rings on the hob was broken room c302 plus missing cutlery and dust pan and brush was broken. I guess it was the end of the season but things need to be checked.

Room was very well appointed, really clean and with good mattresses. Great facilities- nice big ski lockers on ground floor of the building, right inside the ski-to-door rear entrance. Nice pool with comfy looking loungers. Also, a gym, pool tables, a kids room that showed kids movies in evenings, sauna/spa, a decent restaurant next door (in the same building) and more good steak/pizzeria style restaurant 5-10 mins walk away in Bergers. Ski lockers at DMC at foot of the slopes are roomy- we were 4 skiers and 1 snow boarder and everything fit- including helmets.

The shuttle bus that stopped at Rond Point de Brandes (closest stop to Odalys) was not very frequent so need to check the timetable closely. Odalys L'Eclose is ski-in but not ski-out. Closest shuttle bus stop (Rond Point de Brandes) is a walk up the road- might be easier for families with kids to get a locker at foot of slopes (at DMC).

Great spot, super central - we were able to get to the slopes and town easily as well as having a lovely restaurant downstairs and walking distance to a good supermarket. The rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and plenty of storage to unpack. The swimming pool and spa were a great addition too!

The rooms got quite hot and stuffy at night even without the heating on but we just opened the balcony doors. It would have been nice to have a bath mat and tea towels provided to be able to keep the place nice and clean.
