Great breakfast selection, comfy beds, good room cleaning service, very helpful and friendly staff 24/7, very quick and frequent transfers using hotel minibus service.

The entrance to the hotel didn’t seem obvious when we arrived, do not disturb sign (Red) didnt fit around door handle. Not enough space to hang wet clothes in the room (only small radiator in bathroom available. The price lists for the ski passes and ski equipment provided through email were not easy to understand, unlike the actual ski equipment hire shops resulting in us not booking through hotel Ibiza.

Everything was great. room comfort, facilities, food, staff, and the fact they sorted out all the ski hire, lift pass, transfers. All easy and sorted for us and at a good price (cheaper than doing it directly yourself). There are things to do there with the pool tables, air hockey, and table tennis table, swimming pool and hot tub. The hotel is a little out the way but they to provide free shuttle service to the ski lifts, and there is a bus stop outside which can take you into town in the evenings if you don't want to walk, but its really not far.

Good location, the transfer from the hotel to the main chairlifts departs almost every 15 minutes. The food was extraordinarily delicious. Wide diversity, and many options for vegans and children. Be aware, the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated. Nevertheless, for us it wasn’t a big deal. If you are skiing (or snowboarding) check with hotel personnel about discounts for renting equipment. Also, they can arrange a ski pass for you before arriving. That was very handy. There is a ski room, but our ski boots haven’t dried enough. We were forced to use hair dryer to handle this. BTW, the window view was awesome!

The hotel is nicely located close to the center of the resort and has a private shuttle that takes you to the slopes until 17 30 afternoon, very convenient. It offers a ski room and the pool and sauna facilities are nice. Breakfast is the same daily, but offers good selection, I would have only expected a wider variety of cheese for France and more fruits. The windows in the room need serious cleaning, Especially given the great view of the Alpes. Overall would recommend it

It was our second time in this hotel ( January 2024) and again we are so happy. We had a room upgrade . We would like to mention that food is the best here . A bit thanks to the Chef. He is amazing and the food ( we have half board) super delicious with a great variety of choice the same as previous year . Staff are super friendly ( Greek people ) . Hotel offers free transfer to/from gondola which is cool .

But hotel needs some renovation , especially spa area . And rooms need more attention with cleaning.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, every single person went above and beyond! Hotel is slightly dated but its lovely, great location, great facilities and food has a decent choice, we especially liked the local dishes. The shuttle is also great but we walked it a few times and was so fine, so the location is really good and the town is lovely.

EVERYTHING. Particularly: - Good spacious rooms (south side facing); - Good breakfasts and dinners with rich choice of meals; - SPA (sauna, hammam, pool) and sports (gym and ping pong) included; - Convenient location - around 5 mins from a bus station and 5-10 mins to Diablo ski lift; and the last but not the least - Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Wifi could have been stronger and registration easier.

Food was really good and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Lovely hotel with nice rooms with good views. Location was a bit out of the way but that didn't bother us.. also the ski hire in the hotel was very reasonable..

There's not much we didn't like.. we would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends... Oh the gym wasn't the best would be nice to have a running machine or a cross trainer...but apart from that.. 10/10

Breakfasts were excellent. Lovely to have pastries available at when retuning after skiing. Transport to and from ski lifts brilliant. Staff were lovely

Room sizes were small (ours was smallest of the 4 rooms we booked. Great to have tea and coffee available though it would have been great to have this first thing in the morning

The location of the hotel is perfect, with amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast selection was excellent and we really enjoyed a relaxed start to the morning. All the staff were very friendly and always so helpful with any questions. They even made us a packed breakfast because we had to leave early. We used the pool a couple of times after skiing which was great. The bedroom was large and very comfortable. It was a fab stay.
