Great location, all basic amenities, clean

Check in was way too late and check out too early

Nicely equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub.

Not very comfortable bed, but we only said for one night so it was ok.

A small apartment, but adequate for 1 person. The closest ski lift is about 100m away.

The apartment is basically a bedsit with a small entrance area and a bathroom. There is no bedroom. The bed rolls out from underneath the sofa. It's about 80-90 cm wide. It's better than just a mattress on the floor, but only slightly. The bed linen provided includes a duvet case, but there is only a couple of blankets in the room. However, you can put the blankets in the case to create a sort of duvet. I was on the ground floor; the floor is cold in the cold weather, so I'd recommend bringing slippers. The kitchen area is quite well equipped, but there was no mugs or place mats. The shower curtain was missing when I arrived and the lights in the entrance area were not working. I reported both at the Vacencéole office and both were fixed the same day.

It’s conveniently located close to the Belle Etoile chairlifts and in a walking distance to the center, in proximity to a bakery, restaurant etc.

It wasn’t really clean when we’ve checked in.

It's very minimalistic and misses some basics

Location and size of the apartment. Was warm. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Having to wait all day with our luggage to get the keys as flight arrived in morning but missed morning reception opening hours - had to wait until 5pm. WiFi was not good in main room. Was caught out by extra charges as stayed for 7 nights and not 6 (details are given but I did not realise my stay was so long). Cleaning charge of £90 Euro for 6 bed apartment was crazy.

property was I would say "raw", no atmosphere, shame really. Bedroom had window from bussy street side, it was noisy all the time. There waa no basic things like salt, tea, oil (its always in most of properties)

Location to slopes and shops /restaurants. Quieter end of town. Had ski locker Price Parking by accomodation. Entrance room to appartment to store bags.

Damage in the room and some amenities missing. Filled in the arrival form but nothing corrected /done. Locker room bit tight, but we did get to lock our ski's away. Lack of clothes storages.

Position is good. A few steps from Belle etoile ski lift. Price of the appartment is reasonable. For short stay, everything is provided by the agency.

Cleaning of the building is not good. The floor is very dirty. There is no toaster and oven in the appartment.
