The hotel was in a great location very near the valley blanche lift. The owner put on a free shuttle to the main jandri lift anytime if needed. Great buffet breakfast and fabulous 4 course dinner. A choice of starters,mains,cheese and dessert. Food was very impressive and great choice. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Wine could be ordered by the bottle and then put aside for the next evening which worked well. We we're able to keep or room till we left on the last day. Ski locker had boot warmers and plenty of storage space and seating. Hotel was quiet after dinner which suited us and we slept well. The ski hire is 2 mins walk.

There was a lovely pool but no lights in the evening but the children enjoyed it .

Our stay at Hotel Adret was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spotless, with fresh towels and a thorough cleaning every day, which made it all the more comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick 5-minute stroll to the Belle Étoile Gondola, which was so convenient. But what truly made our trip special was the view from our room—it was absolutely stunning and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. And the food? Incredible! Every evening, we were treated to a delicious gourmet meal, with options for two starters, two mains, a cheese plate, and a dessert that felt like the cherry on top. Honestly, it was some of the best food we’ve ever tasted. On top of everything, the staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and added a special touch to our stay. The combination of comfort, convenience, exceptional dining, and the amazing staff made this stay unforgettable. We’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic, a truly authentic French feel to a hotel. The food was high quality and service impeccable. Convenient location, especially if you are taking Ben’s Bus from Grenoble airport. Sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The owner has a shuttle that dropped us off every morning to whichever ski lift we wanted. The breakfast is light without processed foods = perfect.

Fantastic location 100m from ski hire and 150m from Vallee Blanche lift. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble. In the morning the owner provided free transport to whichever ski lift you requested. The bar area is cosy and welcoming and the cost of drinks were among the cheapest in the resort. Good continental breakfast. The piece de resistance was the quality, standard and presentation of the evening meal.

The rooms were dated but were comfortable and clean. No hot food at breakfast other than boiled eggs.

Excellent location, right in the centre of the ski resort while away from the noise of bars, restaurants and the main busy road traffic, delicious food, free shuttle to the nearby ski lifts, ski room with heating shelve for ski boots, on site free parking, every day cleaning service swimming pool and sauna (albeit both very small), table tennis. If you are after an authentic French experience with almost Michelin star restaurant, this is the place to stay in the oldest and one of the largest ski resorts in the Alps!

The hotel's interior needs updating, larger TV, swimming pool and a lot larger sauna would be nice.

We loved the decoration of the hotel, feels like you're in a Christmas movie, also the food was very good. The owners were super nice and looked after us really well. The ski lockers had boot warmers so your boots would always be nice and dry in the mornings. Good location less than 5 min walk to the belle etoile chairlift. Definitely would go back. You can use their sauna showers and changing rooms after check-out in case you want to squeeze another skii day before departure.

The gym could use a face lift, but we were there for skiing so there wasn't really any energy left for a workout after a whole day on the slopes.

We had a family room. The children had almost an entire room to themselves. The hotel has a very comfortable and alpine feel. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and varied and the breakfast ticks all the boxes for hungry skiers preparing for a big day on the slopes!

We loved our room on the 4th floor! Spacious, cozy, nicely decorated, and with a comfy bed. And the view from the balcony was the best! Each morning before skiing and each evening after, we enjoyed the beautiful landscape from there. Such a treat! We booked our stay half-board since it was the only option, and we didn't regret it at all. The food was very delicious and varied each evening. The breakfast was a little basic. I normally prefer to have more vegetables, but the puffy and tasty croissants made me forget all about that. For skiing, the location is just right. The closest sky lift is Belle Étoile, totally accessible by foot. Nonetheless, every morning you can conveniently take the hotel's shuttle bus to any skylift in the resort. For getting back, there's a very convenient slope, just a couple of minutes away, running at the back of the hotel, going towards Valleé Blanche. A special thanks must go to the staff of Adret Hotel! Each person we interacted with cast an aura of kindness and truthful friendliness towards us and the guest in general. From the reception and restaurant personnel to the owner and shuttle driver, and to the cleaning ladies, they all made our stay feel like we entered their family and it was a great feeling.

Meals were superb; each evening had a choice of two starters and two mains, and all were great. Hotel allowed us to check out late to catch an afternoon bus. Service and amenities excellent!

The owners and their staff were amazing. Room was extremely clean, comfortable and functional, not to mention the incredible view of the mountains from the doors out to the balcony. Location perfect. The food was very good with a good variety and choice.
