The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and comfortable beds. Very convenient underground parking with elevator access. Ski room with heated/ventilated boots holder. Location is also great with just few steps to the lift. The spa area is small but good enough to relax after a ski day (even if it's just 30 minutes/day and 3 times/week).

Lack of storage space in the kitchen area, as well in the bedroom/living room. The apartment is big enough to install more storage where you can organize your groceries in the kitchen or clothes in the bedroom. Anyhow, this small inconvenient didn't affect our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was the 8/10 persons and it was beautiful, decor was lovely and such beautiful views from every room. I would say for our group of 7 it was perfect. The building was well maintained and easy to access. The spa was small but extremely nice and clean. Staff were so kind and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was good quality and soft. Large tv’s in every bedroom bar the bunk room. Bathrooms super clean and water pressure fantastic. Loved the little touches of soaps and kitchen cleaning set. Building is in perfect location for ski lift.

For the largest apartment, we would have hoped for more than 1 sofa (or a bigger one). After 4.30pm you have to book the spa. The spa albeit small is lovely, however, you can only book for half hour which was not long enough. You also cannot have the spa to yourself and your group, they can also book others in at the same time so you’re not the only ones. They don’t provide more towels should you run out but you have the option to pay €5 each for different towels at reception- we would have hoped for additional towels at no cost. The QR code in the apartment didn’t give specific advice on the appliances inside, instead, generic info on the building and therefore we weren’t able to work the fireplace because there were no instructions on how to do so.

The apartment was in a great location, a very short distance from the Belle Etoile lift and the New Jandri Cable car was no distance either which connects you to the glacier. Restaurants and shops are on the doorstep, so everything is really accessible. Everyone that we dealt with in the apartment were very helpful and some of party really enjoyed the spa.

The bunk rooms were a little cosy and one of them had no window. The seating area in the open plan living/kitchen could have benefited from having more comfortable seating as there was only one sofa that could really only seat 3, which is not ideal for an 8/10 person apartment.

location of the property very convenient for ski in and out. Alos for shops and restaurants. Ski lockers warm so skis and ski boots dry and warm for the morning. Clean apartment and good fully equipped kitchen.

Nice spa but maybe small and definitely often overcrowded with people not observing SPA rules. Bringing in alcoholic drinks inside, hugging to steam-room/sauna and jacuzzi spots for long periods. I am aware that is not issue of property management but more so of guests. Surely bouncers should bot be required for SPAs. My first time in French Alps but checkout rules a bit odd.

The location was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for more. From the huge living room, to a kitchen equipped with everything one needed, we loved our stay in this apartment. The ski in/ski out was also a big plus, as well as the ski room that had a closet for each apartment. They have a spa which you can book a few slots in or use it any time before 4. It’s not big, but clean and new and not something many locations have, as we got to know. There was also a delicious bakery across the street, where we fetched breakfast pastry. We can warmly recommend also the Restaurant La Porte da Cote, which is very close by, and the mushroom Fondue. It was finger licking!

We had to buy toilet paper, kitchen towels and tablets for the dish washer. Not so much a minus, but it wouldn’t have been bad to know in advanced to bring some with, not to buy big packages there…but really a tiny thing actually.

Sounds daft but the kitchen table is too big for the room - long and overall and takes up ALOT of space Then to match that there is actually only 1 2x sofa and 1 arm chair bit off an odd set up - not terrible just could be better

,Everything is just perfect with this place. We had amazing time ! The apartment is very well made, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and the views are stunning! Large leaving room, two bathrooms ! Oven, microwave and everything we needed. Just around the corner is the ski lift, a bakery and right next to the building is the ski school ! ❤️ Secured free parking, small but very cute spa, everywhere very clean and fresh. The staff super helpful and always nice !! Thank you so much

Incredible apartments on perfect location near the ski lift! We stayed here with our friends and had two apartments. The apartments were very modern and clean, it gave us a warm feeling. The supermarket and patisserie are around the corner. After a long day on the pistes, you can literally ski to the apartments and enjoy the wellness.

Although there should be enough space for 14 people, in reality it was a bit smaller than we expected. The second bedroom is very small, beside the bed there is approximately 60-70cm space. The bunk bed is actually not suitable for adults. With a length of around 180cm it should be enough for smaller kids.

great location ..the apartment was amazing for are family holiday .. the staff were very helpful.. we stayed in meny apartments over years and this was one of the best .. just one very small criticism when you have the large 10 people apartment we found we need more than 2 ski locker keys as we all ski different times apart from that we had a great new years andy

-Eventhough checking hours are late they were even more delayed. Trainee staff didn't know all the rules of the hotel and was alone without supervision didn't know how to handle credit payment and wouldn't try any option to resolve it even if I insisted it would work, until someone later came by. -Fiddly lock of the apartment
