The staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful, especially Anne, who always provided great recommendations and advice about where to go and what to do. She was always happy to answer our questions or make calls to book for us. The breakfast area and patio with the view of La Muzelle mountain provided a great space to start the day. The room was also great, clean and just enough space. The hotel is located off the Main Street, very central to all the activities the town has to provide.

Would be nice to have a fan in the room in the summer, it got pretty hot, and when we opened the balcony at night for air it was noisy. But apart from that we had no problems.

Could not fault the hotel from start to finish. Emeline was great when we checked in, she explained everything clearly and even showed us to our rooms. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile. The room was cosy with a great shower and really comfortable bed. There was a great selection at breakfast, the cook your own eggs option was a nice touch! It was also a nice surprise when we found out there was cakes and tea/coffee served in the afternoon. A nice lounge area where you can relax. The boot room was spacious and each room had it's own locker. Location was wonderful, 5 minute walk to the lift and plenty of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. We would definitely return, great value. Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel, nice room, good bed and cosy. Breakfast had everything you need. Very nice staff and you feel welcome. Nice salon to sit together.

It's really a shame that you can not enjoy some evening time together in the common salon as in the evening all general areas are blocked for entrance. Especially families with children like to have some nice time in the evening together. The room/facilities are available but if you block it after 9PM then it's not really nice.

The hotel is in a really good location, having stayed in Les Deux Alpes twice now and at opposite ends of the resort, Hotel Les Flocons is in the best location for the lifts and also the bars and restaurants. The hotel is better than it looks in the photos. Our room (7) was superb. The best shower I have ever had in any hotel room. Very nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was so good, we particularly liked the little egg pans. The choice was excellent and a brilliant start to each day. The cake and treats provided free of charge everyday between 4-6 o’clock was such a lovely idea. Would definitely stay again and have already recommend to friends.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a lovely stay at Les Flocons. The rooms were super cosy and newly refurbished. We loved the breakfast, a very cute set up! The pan au chocolates were to die for. And they serve snacks at 4pm in the afternoon. The hotel is a good distance to the slopes, it’s about a 5 minute walk and the boot room is a good size & nice and clean. The hotel is next to a busy bar but we never heard any noise in the night. The staff were welcoming. Very good value for money! A lot of the other places we looked at in the area were much more expensive and you would get the same, if not lower standard.

The rooms could be a little bigger - but there was good storage space for all our ski stuff. Could be a little closer to the slopes but it really wasn’t an issue, just tired legs at the end of a ski day! :-)

The room was amazing, very cozy and warm at night. The location was excellent, right next to all the bars, restaurants and shops and extremely close to the slopes and chair lifts. The breakfast was nice and they even put on a few little snacks between 4-6 when you get back from the slopes.

The TV was abit rubbish. The smart TV had a button for netflix which didn't work and the TV channels was all in french without the option of changing it to your own language.

Nice hotel well situated to access one of the main ski lifts and local shops and restaurants. Room was nice and had everything we needed, although a little tight with all our ski gear. Great breakfast with any leftovers available again at 4pm after a day on the slopes

No communal toilet within the communal areas. Some areas look a little tired (carpets and stair trims missing) so could just do with some small upgrades to complement the main areas.

Lovely cosy, comfy, clean room. Great shower. Kettle and coffee machine to make tea and coffee. Our room was at the back and very quiet. Lovely breakfast and afternoon snacks. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely view from the breakfast room.

Good value for money . The beds were really comfortable with adequate pillows ( this is rare and makes such a difference ). No issue getting new towels . Coffee machine in the rooms ! Really clean and tidy . Friendly staff , well room , good boot room , great breakfast , nice little bar and excellent Rose wine !
