Virginie and Lionel were extremely kind hosts, they were helpful with any kind of recommendation or request throughout our stay. With the breakfast you were well fueled for the day of skiing. Room was very comfy, with cosy view to a park and the mountains. Even we could park in front of the hotel, which worth to check after booking whenever if it’s possible.

Stayed two years ago and it was fantastic. This year it didn't disappoint again. The owner is wonderful, so welcoming. The hotel is spotless, the room extremely comfortable and the breakfast is perfect to start long days skiing. Location is ideal being so close to a main lift etc Defo will be staying there again!

2nd time staying here and again we had an excellent time- spacious meticulously maintained room and cosy welcoming breakfast room. Breakfast is delicious and Msr and Mme Mounier are wonderful proprietors. We can’t wait to be back

A warning to people coming by car - beware of your GPS! Do not take D220 Les Travers - it’s terrifying! and you don’t need to go this way. Set your GPS to go via Le Freney-d’Oisans. If you need more advice I’m sure the owners will be able to help.

We had a fantastic time. This hotel exceeded our expectations. So homely and comfortable. spotless. Breakfast every morning was great to set us up for the day. Excellent location also. Would honestly recommend anyone going to les 2 Alps to stay here.

Nothing we didnt like however a toaster for the morning would also have been an added bonus

Very charming traditional mountain hotel in a lovely location in town near the Diable lift. Very warm welcome and attentive host all through the stay. Great continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was very spacious with balcony overlooking the mountains. The view point behind the hotel is beyond stunning, I will never forget it. Hotel was very good value for money

Simply superb. Great rooms , spotlessly clean , excellent breakfast, location literally couldn't be better and the owners were wonderful, welcoming and so friendly and helpful. . I literally couldn't find anything wrong ... And I never say that about any accommodation.

Truly nothing

Incredibly clean hotel, it was spotless. Owners were always on hand if you needed anything and the view from our room (actually our bed) was beautiful and peaceful. Bed was really comfy and there was hardly any noise from the rest of the hotel. So so peaceful.

We couldn’t have been happier about our stay. The rooms were big, super clean, had everything we needed, and the hospitality of the hotel owner and staff was incredible. Highly recommend.

Hotel Serre Palas is an absolutely lovely small hotel just off the main street of town. It is quiet, the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and it is very clean (great Covid protocols). The daily breakfast is a very good Continental breakfast with nice selection and fresh croissants every day. My entire stay (5 nights) has been lovely and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
