The location was excellent.

We were surprised to be charged to use the sun beds on the beach. The beach at Cocobaia was described as “private” so we had assumed that use of that beach would be included in the room price. I think if this is not included the advertising is slightly disingenuous since non-hotel guests can also pay to use the beach area (so it’s not private at all!)

Staff, breakfast, location and the pool was great. I appreciated the help from the staff to accomodate our needs. Special mention to the voiturier who is really funny. The area is safe and the hotel makes it even safer. The beach side is very very clean and it was a perfect match for a family vacation.

Small rooms for the category. Didn't liked the restaurant but that's a personal choice we found better value for money in the marina. I am not a sea food person perhaps so I am biaised... Also, didn't liked the fact the secondary parking was elsewhere under tree that produce juice that isn't easy to remove from your car. If you have a convertible or a sports car, make sure you stay in the primary parking lot. Also sometimes we get power cuts but it seems to be linked to the region. Be aware 4-5g is limited so you need wifi for sure.

The room was exceptional.....the terrace had a wonderful view, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel itself was incredibly accommodating. We were welcomed and given refreshing drinks on patio while bags were brought to the room. Location is off of the dunes on the beach and was perfect place to have a long afternoon walk. We were made a special dinner as tapas only were being served and it was extremely well done. The service here was absolutely top noch and the buffet breakfast was excellent....we were so well cared for, thank you

The only thing that was unfortunate was that the air conditioning was not working....only was an issue for us because even though the temperature outside was cool, the mosquitos were hungry....they came in when the terrace sliding door was open, so had to keep it closed.

I really loved the way the staff looked after us from beginning to end. The restaurant food was worth it and of good value. The sea view from our room there but sadly was a bit blocked by an olive tree that could have been trimmed a bit more. The toilet door was a sliding door which was a good idea to save space but was very difficult to pull out of the wall once completely opened up. The sink although beautiful and large was actually too large for us to display our toiletries at our convenience. And lastly there was a metal/plastic part of the shower bath that was coming off and looked quite dangerous if we had brushed too close. Forgot to mention it to the staff upon our leave but I think this is very important to fix.

- the view from the room was beautiful; - the place was quiet; - the staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful; - good beds, good water pressure, and good food; - the location of the hotel is super.

- no mosquito nets but a lot of mosquitoes, even in autumn; - balcony door and hotel room door barely had any insulation - wind and sounds were coming in the room easily; - air conditioner was centrally shut off during our stay (autumn) because it's after the season ended, and this was very inconvenient to us.

A very good hotel but not 5 stars. Rooms spacious and very clean . Staff helpful and friendly but well overstretched at busy periods. Nice pool and very close to lovely beach but extra charge for beds. Quiet location. 15 min easy walk to centre of town where plenty of restaurants.

Extra charge for breakfast 25euro per person - ok selection but nothing special. Service inconsistent and chaotic at times.

The location and the friendly staff

We really did not like the standard double room which had a bath in the middle of it, with only a clear glass screen separating it from the bedroom meaning there was no privacy when bathing or showering and also we found the in-bath shower to be dangerous for an older person to use. We immediately asked to be moved and the hotel obliged, although we were asked to pay a (reduced) supplement for the new room which was on the first floor and although it was smaller it had an excellent seafront balcony. Both rooms were sadly lacking any hooks; there was only one, in the shower. The charge of Euros 22 per person for breakfast seemed a little excessive considering that other than a salad of two types of melon, grapes and occasionally pineapple there was no fresh fruit on the buffet.

The location is amazing. The view from the balcony to the endless sea worth a million. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. It has a bath. The service is excellent. The restaurant is of very high level.

The room layout is different to what we are used. The bath is just next to the bed. But it's personal. There was bad internet connection and bad air conditioner, but the reception told us they will solve it for next guests(we only stayed 1 night). The breakfast was ok, would expect a bit more variety in 5 star hotel. but we visited off season.

The room design, useful features, terrace, view, cooling, space, restaurant - everything new and clean. A very pleasant aroma throughout the corridors and rooms. Cosmetic and toiletries are superb quality. The swimming pool is very comfortable and the area around the pool is very pleasant. Breakfast is great! The team is fantastic and super friendly and made our stay truly special!

Very nice hotel with great clean beach look and feel. I suggest you book a room with sea view not on ground floor so you can have your window open at night. Aircon was not working on my visit. They provided me with a fan. Not a great fix but nonetheless a really lovely hotel

Aircon not working in hotel as heating was on.. not sure how that works but as I was ground floor i couldn’t open my patio door at night safely…. Or could but chose now to.
