Clean, calm and the 2 rooms close to each other on the same floor without anyone else around !

The staff were friendly and the location was close to the amenities. The apartment was very clean.

The only issue was we had to wait for the keys the day we checked in. It would have been far better, if were able to get keys earlier. We arrived at 12.30 and had to wait till 4 P. M.

High value for what you get compared to other options in the area. Great location, low price, and clean.

The room didnt feel safe enough to leave my valuables behind. Which was due to the lock on the door, which looked very cheap and weak. Sober interiour. I had to pay for hotel parking, which was 11 euros a day.

Close to the centre of a terrific resort. Very friendly receptionist. Good hearing, hot water, kitchen.

Despite the issues mentioned, there were a couple of highlights during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest, and the self check-in process was seamless and convenient.

A Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory due to several issues that I believe should be highlighted. 1. Payment Process – A Complete Nightmare The payment process was unnecessarily complicated. After three failed attempts to pay via Booking.com, I had to call the property multiple times. Eventually, they sent me a link to pay through their website, but it didn’t inspire much trust. After further calls and involving Booking.com support, the link still didn’t work properly. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. 2. Misleading Location on Google Maps The property’s name appears in the wrong place on Google Maps—about a 15-minute walk from the actual location. Only the exact address works, which can be confusing for first-time visitors. 3. Unpleasant Check-In The room was small, not properly cleaned, and not ready: cobwebs were visible, the bed wasn’t made, and no duvet cover was provided—just a bare duvet, which raised hygiene concerns. 4. Missing Basic Supplies Only half a roll of toilet paper was available with no extra. Small touches like this make a big difference and should be standard. 5. Poor Communication Messages sent via Booking.com were ignored, including a request for a duvet cover. A note was left on my door asking me to go to reception before midnight, but no explanation was given. 6. In-Room Disturbance – Impossible to Sleep To make matters worse, there was an electrical meter installed inside a box in the bedroom, emitting a constant ticking sound—like a clock ("tick, tick, tick"). You can ear it only with silence at night, but without earplugs, it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for guest comfort. Overall, this stay fell short in several key areas, particularly cleanliness, communication, and guest comfort.
