Hotel room comfortable and clean. Rituals shampoo/conditioner provided in the rooms too. Hotel in general had a nice atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. Outdoor Pool was a bonus and towels provided from reception .play station / pool table for kids was a nice touch . The hotel was very quiet and even though our room was directly above the restaurant/ bar area, it didn’t affect our stay.

The menu in the restaurant was quite limited and they don’t offer a separate lunch menu which is a shame. But I honestly think this is the only thing I would want to change about the hotel . There isn’t anywhere to get snacks throughout the day close by ( nearest minimart about 20 min walk) It is about 30 mins walk from the beach - fine for us and I did check this before going but maybe be something to bear in mind if that’s what you’re going for . It is primarily a golf focused hotel so shouldn’t think this would apply to most people . we did get a taxi a couple of times as it was so hot and it was about €12.50 each way .

What a fantastic experience. We intended to stay 6 days but we cancelled our next hotel and stayed 14 days in Novotel la grande Motte Golf. Super friendly and helpfull staff,clean and quiet rooms,good breakfast and the swimming pool was the highlight for our 4-5 year old daughter We were not familiar with the Camargue region but discovered so many things in the region. The staff is helpful, but the kitchen is terrible. The dinner was poor. Just send your chef to try tartare elsewhere. You should learn how to grill fish. you can't grill it straight from the freezer because there is a lot of water on the plate

Large and spacious, very clean, friendly staff and great amenities, excellent location in La Grande Motte

There is no mini fridge in the units at all which is super inconvenient if you want to buy wine or cheese to keep cool in the room. Also there are no chairs on the balcony.

Everything went well. The surroundings are incredible, excellent choice to stay in La Grande Motte. The staff was kind, they gave us a good late check-out, which made our experience even better.

the shower did not have a box, so that after the shower the bathroom becomes all wet.

the hotel is superb in all its facilities and the staff were very professional.

The bed in room 135. when going to sleep every time you move in the bed the mechanism under the mattress ( springs ) made a lot of noise therefore not easy to have a good sleep. I did mention this at reception.
