It was a lovely touch to be greated by name when we arrived. It was even better when we were told that because we have become regular customers, our room was up-graded to one with a terrace. That was a really lovel thought.

There is nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect, except that we tried to re-book for Christmas and were told you weren't open. Very sad about that as we will have to go elsewhere! But we will be back with you next May.

We have stayed there before and everything ; room, friendly and helpful staff, location etc was exactly what we have come to exoect.

We are a pair of doddery old OAP.s and we find it difficult getting up and down the couple of steps into and out of the car park without hand rails to hold on to. But that is just our fault for being too old and it is something we can cope with.

The young woman on reception was very welcoming and informative. Our room was lovely - with a nice view of the swimming pool (though you would have to be a brave person to dive in as the water was freezing at the beginning of April). We had a few beers in the hotel and coffees. However, it was better to go and have a drink nearer the beach as the hotel was quite quiet. Breakfast was good so all in all, a nice experience.

It s a nice little hotel so families can take over the place and be quite loud.

The room was quite small but very clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool is definitely a plus for families with children. Well located in the city centre, although not by the beach or the sea front.

The hotel looked and felt a little dated. The view from the room window was over a huge car park.

Very clean modern well equipped hotel and room, big double bed, fridge , kettle and air conditioning in bedroom, excellent breakfast with so much choice, even sausage and scrambled eggs, swimming pool, everything was good. We parked for free in car park opposite hotel but apparently in July and August you have to pay.

Only negative is the bathroom is very small.

Relaxed, quiet, friendly and excellent quality hotel. With a particularly good breakfast.

The rooms were slightly thinwalled.

Can't find anything negative really !

The room had some nice touches eg wall art and the raised table was a great height for our laptop. Bathroom nice. Good shower. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities good. Pool area looked nice

The gap to get into the bathroom to access the toilet very small. Pillows a little hard
