Our family recently stayed at the Logis Hotel Restaurant de la Poste et Spa de Montagne, and it was an unforgettable experience! Traveling with our 6-year-old, we were delighted by the warm hospitality and the range of facilities that catered to all our needs. Accommodation The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of activities. Our child loved the playful decor and the comfortable bed. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. Dining The restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The gourmet meals, made with fresh local ingredients, were a treat for our taste buds. The children's menu was thoughtfully designed, and our little one enjoyed every bite. The staff was attentive and made us feel right at home. Spa and Wellness The spa facilities were a perfect way to unwind. We enjoyed the sauna and the indoor pool, which was a hit with our child. The eco-friendly pool, without chemical treatments, was a unique and refreshing experience. Activities The hotel's location in the heart of the Vosges mountains offered plenty of outdoor activities. We explored the hiking trails, and our child had a blast at the nearby Lac Blank ski resort where we used the sledge facilities, the skiing, the mountain sledge track and hikes in the forest. The hotel also provided board games and a game room, ensuring there was never a dull moment.. Amenities Wifi worked very well. Parking was free and no problems with the space They have a lift so no problems with big bags or equipment They have a kids playground in the backgarden, perfect for spending some time in the fresh air. Towels, slippers and snow equipment can be rented in the hotel as well. They have a well equipped bar with local and international alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for both adults and kids. Prices were very good for food, drinks, renting equipment etc and because it is not a super popular skiing area, it was not as busy and almost no ques anywhere.

There is no shop within walking distance to buy some fruits or snacks, but it is a very short drive to it. Of course this in not about the property but about the location.

A very warm welcome and the dinner was delicious.

Unfortunate, the sauna and SPA is only open in the afternoon so we were unable to use these facilities.

Comfortable bed. Heating worked well.

No kettle in room. I was given two mugs of hot water twice, when I asked for it. On the bill i was charged 10 euros for 4 teas. I pointed out I'd just had hot water, I didn't mind paying 5 euros say, but I thought 10 euros too much . She said it was a mistake and removed the charge. If they'd just put a kettle in the room I wouldn't need to bother them for mugs of hot water and then have the bill issue.

We stayed for one night to cross country ski nearby. We were delighted that my mother, who was not going to ski, was able to check in very early and enjoy her room and the restaurant for lunch. When we returned from our ski, the spas and pools were fun to check out and the restaurant was warm and jovial after a cold day. Lovely staff, perfectly nice place. Also a nice boulangerie a block down!

Spacious room. Restaurant catered for vegetariens. Friendly staff in the restaurant in the evening and at the reception in the afternoon.

We couldn´t check-out before 7.30u although we had asked the night before. Unfriendly and unwilling staff in the morning. Very busy road runs through the village so lots of traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel. Shower is not seperated from the toilet so it is a bit difficult to keep everything dry..

we had a small issue with a room not having twin beds, but this was quickly resolved as the host put a single bed in the room so two of our male friends did not have to share a bed. the food we had at the evening meal was very good, as was the service we received, the staff were very friendly and helpful. my girlfriend and I, had a nice comfy bed, great shower and modern bathroom. a great breakfast was provided and we had plenty to choose from. I stayed with 5 friends and all agreed it was a very nice hotel. there was plenty of room at the side of the buildings to park our motorbikes.

the front room we were in, was facing the main road through the town and there seemed to be a lot of traffic coming through, even late at night, and due to the heat, we had to leave a window slightly open & due to this we had a lot of traffic noise waking up us

Room was amazing and large and lovely and bright, lovely dining room and you can take dog in , lovely swimming pool ,sauna and grounds , staff really friendly and helpful

Not much choice for breakfast so only had a bowel of musli and yogurt and black tea as milk was cream by the looks of it , but to be fair there was a coach load of people who could have ate everything in sight and it hadn’t been refilled when we went for ours

Charming rural hotel with excellent facilities including sauna, jacuzzi and small pool We had a lovely spacious room in the garden block

Beautiful scenery, could hear the brook from window. Clean outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Dinner and breakfast was delicious local cuisine. Perfect for stop off on our driving tour through Europe. Affiliated with local vineyard where you can buy their wine.

What is not to like! Our room looked out over the garden with a river running through it with a forest and mountains further on. It was originally a post house where travellers could stay waiting for the pass to clear. We had our meal next to an open window. Very good food. Bliss. Our room had a wet room suitable for disabled guests.very good. The food was very good and packed!

Definitely take a garden room as the hotel is right on the road with very big lorries passing through. We did not hear a thing.
