The suite was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was practical and a great addition to the suite. The pool and sauna area was very nice and relaxing. Also children friendly by the pool. Parking was easy and stress free. The town where the hotel was located was also very beautiful.

As the town is quite small, it was hard to get groceries in the evening. This just meant that throughout the day we would have to buy. Not a big deal, but something we weren't expecting. E.g after 8pm, the closest grocery store or gas station was 30km away near to Colmar.

Large, nice hotel with vast parking lot on the front, and strategic position in Munster. Great place to visit the town as well as to go hiking on the nearby mountains. We haven´t used the SPA, but the hotel restaurant offers a good selection, and overall the service is great. Nice and friendly staff.

Our room was large and very quiet, with a lovely view on the park, but the furniture was a bit old and in general it would require some renovation. Overall atmosphere feels a bit too "old" and formal, but it may be meeting the expectations of most guests hence not necessarily a bad thing.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel, a perfect base from which to explore the area. We hired e-bikes from the hotel which were excellent. The restaurant food was fantastic and service was of a high standard at dinner. There was a good range at the buffet breakfast and we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna areas although they did get busy late afternoon / early evening.

It was disappointing to discover how bad the WiFi connection was - perhaps not such a problem if you’re only on holiday but we had to work on one of the days and the intermittent connection made it very difficult. The A/C in our room didn’t cool very well so the room was overly warm albeit comfortable.

Great location walking distance from Munster in very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Spa was excellent with large pool and hot tub. Bar area was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially allowing us to store our luggage for a few hours after check out.

AC in the room didn't work which was uncomfortable during a heat wave. Spa floor was very slippery and my partner fell over as a result.

Excellent location close to the centre of town. Extensive choice of foods for buffet breakfast, clean quiet room with very good showering facilities. Friendly helpful staff. We only ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. Nice pool and spa facilities which could get busy at times.

Not much! Parking could get difficult after about 1700 and air con was a little noisy!

delighted to arrive in the rain after a hard day cycling the first stage of The Western Front Way. Our room had a great view of the river and the shower was amazing. Secure parking for the bikes. The hotel is very modern and the staff attentive. Breakfast was excellent and fuelled us for our onward journey.

The food was perhaps a bit overpriced for the set menu in the evening and charging 7E for some butter was not the best move.

Clean spacious rooms nestled in a park where you can go for walks, lots of parking and with charging stations, within walking distance from the center, possibility for late departure (depending on availability) which was an added bonus as it gave us some extra time to visit the city

Fantastic restaurant and great combination of location, facilities and professional staff. We keep coming back.

Minibar/Fridge could only get 10 celcius - so useless for both minibar and other cooling. Expect a fully cooling fridge/minibar at a hotel like this.

Ambience, decor, spa area with large indoor pool, bar area looking out on garden and mature trees, safe storage for bikes, quiet position yet central location.

Not enough charging points in room.
