We loved the hot tub we had in our back patio. The location was good, 10 minute drive to Colmar and Kaysersberg which are both lovely villages to walk around and explore!

The floors were a little dirty so make sure to bring a pair of house slippers do you don’t get your feet or socks dirty. I don’t like how they make you clean the kitchen and do all the dishes and out them away. Would be easier to run the dishwasher on the way out and the cleaning people empty and put away. The trash system is a mess!!! The staff should be taking care of that. I also noticed all trash bins on the property were overflowing too! Lastly, they do NOT provide any coffee pods for the coffee machine in your room. You have to buy them at the reception desk.

Lovely walks around the residence , can follow trails along and around the river , access to all the nearby towns which are lovely too . Handy having on site restaurant facilities and breakfast facilities if needed . A great holiday had here and around the area , plus Switzerland and Germany are close if you have car or catch a train to either .

Well equipped apartment, nice location easily accessible, quiet room at the back of the complex. However, the bedroom window was screwed locked! No air cicrulation, fire safety???

What they advertise is definitely not a spa! It's a simple pool with rather cold water, which, if it was outdoors, would be nice for a refreshing dip in the summer. But cold water, in a cold air indoor swimming pool, which anyway is much too small too swim in kind of misses the concept. Either offer a warm/hot spa with very hot water so cold days may be enjoyed relaxing indoors. Or offer a cool to cold outdoors swimming pool for hot summer days. But mixing up the two just does not work. Disappointed, as we booked this place to spend cold, rainy days in a "spa". Much too cold air and cold water for a spa, you won't last for more than 10 minutes in there.

This hotel has really good service, the room was very comfortable and has many facilities like a swimming pool and a sauna. I wished the swimming pool had warmer water but apart from that we were very satisfied with everything like the equipment provided. There was a lot of cutlery, bowls, plates and cooking equipment making it very convenient for us.

Great value for the money. It was a last minute booking on our way back home and we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool (our two little kids would have loved that ) but still it was an absolute great stay for one night for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, the apt was clean, the kitchenette was very convenient for us and there is a parking spot with the possibility to charge our EV car. Recommended

We had an apartement more spacey than a hotel room. Breakfast was good although the bread was very dry - from the day before? Well cleaned and friendly reception.

One should know, that it is a popular place for families with children who can be quite noisy. There was no coffee capsules in the room for the coffee machine. You have to buy them for EUR 2 per piece in the reception, which is 15 TIMES THE PRICE in a shop!!!!

Swimming pool is not very large but it's ok enough. Breakfast is decent but a bit overpriced. The bread is perfect. We got an upgraded room with two bedrooms. Small but nice and complete kitchen with all equipment.

Extremely noisy airco vents outside the restaurant building opposite of our building. No airco in apartments while 30 degrees summer. Not much to do in direct surroundings. Small scale basic holiday complex. Room and shower furniture damaged.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was quiet just outside of town. Parking was great for the car. The on site restaurant and bar is nice although we didn’t eat there but we did just make last orders. The guy serving us who I guess was in charge was fantastic, really friendly and let us have a drink even though they were getting ready to close up, he took the time to chat and suggest a local red wine.

The pool was cold and we’d booked 2 massages which for the price weren’t great.

Very nice apartment hotel, comfortable rooms, clean and used space very efficiently. Kitchen was well equipped, restaurants nearby to order food, items for purchase at front desk, best part was the indoor pool and sauna. Spacious balconies

Coffee machine doesn’t include coffee. Trash separation is difficult to do without enough bins.

Very friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Restaurant was 10/10, highly recommend.

In the bedroom the aerator above the window could not be closed. They covered it with a towel, but it was drafty and cold anyway. The room was well soundproofed, but because of the hole above the window you could hear the nearby road. Pool was extremely cold but clean.
