Hotel is in a good location, in center on main street, with free parking located just a few minutes away. Room was comfortable enough although nowhere to sit except the bed. Room had amenities like robes for spa, soap, conditioner, lotion, hot water pot for tea. Breakfast was delicious, lots of warm food options. Spa was also better than expected. The spa area is a pool, sauna and hammam. There was also a relaxation room. Some water and small snacks available also.

The pool area was a little small, but we managed to have the relaxation room all to ourselves. The room itself could be bigger and have at least a chair to sit on.

clean, all you need was there

the spa! we booked because of the spa but several things weren’t ok: people in sauna in bathing suit without a towel, then they go into the pool/hot tub wearing the same bathing suit (disgusting). sauna should always be nude zone. sauna door doesn’t close properly, so HUGE waste of energy. all relaxing are is much too hot (waste of energy again), we were sweating instead of relaxing in the nice cove. the shower drain wasn’t working, waste water ran out everywhere, even through under the door into the corridor.

A/C worked on a hot day.

Room was very small and we were up in the attic with a sloping roof which made it a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was very disorganized, very crowded and understaffed so there were long lines to get coffee and other breakfast items. We experienced a negative feeling at breakfast. Room seemed expensive but that may be we were just reaching peak season.

Location. Front desk staff was wonderful—both the man who checked us in and the woman working the next day. Elevator.

Spa: We couldn’t find towels, bathrobes, or slippers. We were using our only shower towels from the room while getting over clothing and shoes wet. Super easy to trip on a door strip going in and out of room.

obviously a local business supporting other local businesses. the staff was extra friendly, helpful and easy going. even tho it was simple we never missed anything. the hotel is in the center and even with the public transport easy to get there. it’s located in a typical charming Elsass town surrounded by wine and castles. the spa is modern and clean and has everything you need. the opening hours are easy going. it’s totally worth to purchase the breakfast - noting missing there as well. at night you find local drinks and food near by. checkout time is late so that’s an advantage too. all in all it’s a great price / value deal plus super friendly and loving. another plus is we could communicate in German.

Overpriced during the summer season - we are visiting Ribeauville couple times per year and this was so far most expensive stay.

I loved everything about the property. I booked one night before going to pick a relative up at Frankfurt Airport. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is well-insulated and very quiet, loved the blackout shutters, the air conditioning is amazing - modern Fujitsu system that really cools down to 19/70 degrees (unlike other hotels that say they have air conditioning and cool down by only 2 degrees). This hotel is beautiful and welcoming from the minute you walk in. The staff are friendly and go that “extra mile” to make sure you’re happy. The rooms are freshly painted with clean carpet and recessed lighting, tons of electrical outlets, a big flat panel TV and no-hassle WiFI that stays on continuously after you connect once. Rooms come with a desk for working in case you have to work in beautiful Alsace. The surroundings are lovely and there are several street cafes and great shops within a short walk. The hotel comes with ample free parking 2 minutes away (and you can park directly in front of the hotel for 30 minutes to unload bags). And the spa is FABULOUS. The pool is at a perfect temperature to cool off on a hot summer day and the jetted tub is exactly the right degree of warm. There’s also a wet and dry sauna and relaxation loungers to gaze up at the faux-star studded ceiling. Fruits and flavored water and teas complete the relaxation scene perfectly. They also have safes in the rooms and lockers at the spa. I didn’t have time for breakfast but I’m sure it’s lovely as the hotel staff really care about their guests’ happiness and comfort. Definitely coming back!

I’m a very experienced and picky traveler and there isn’t actually anything I haven’t liked. I’m actually pleasantly surprised. This is about as close to perfect a hotel you can expect and the price-to-value ratio is amazing. No complaints!

Great location just at the entrance of the beautiful Ribeauville old town. Although the hotel has no parking area there are plenty of options to park the car close by. New hotel, clean, well equipped and superb breakfast. We saw the manager every day present and keeping his eyes closely on everything, the staff seemed motivated too which all results with 10/10 hotel experience.
