Quiet location in town, but still walkable to see the sights or go out for dinner. Modern hotel with modern fitout in rooms. Carpet on floor. Bathrobes, kettle, bar fridge, in-room safe. Good air conditioning. Safe undercover storage for bicycles in locked garage.

Our room (130) looked out over the car park, with only side views of the vineyard. If you want a deluxe king room with full vineyard view from the balcony then request rooms 131-133 (or the rooms directly above these on floor 2). Reception staff did their job but were not particularly friendly or helpful. The sliding door to the balcony was broken; the part that shouldn't move is not fixed in place so the room can't be locked from the balcony.

Our 2nd visit, the first being September 2024 for 4 nights.....very easy access just outside of the village of Riquewihr with easy parking underground or outside, with some electric chargers available. The twin room was comfortable - on our previous visit we stayed in the room overlooking the vineyards with a balcony, which is recommended if available! Snacks on the terrace were appreciated after a long drive....the hotel offers a good restaurant. Pet friendly.....the hotel also has a swimming pool. The village is an easy walk away and of course well worth a visit! Good breakfast.

The property is just at the beginning of village , easy handling but at the same time it was very silent and middle of the vineyards. The hotel is extremely clean , the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the small surprise for my husband’s birthday. We also enjoyed with Spa are

When taking shower, the water was stopping so both I had to wait with bubbles for a while . We were at room 301 so the elevator works untill the 2nd floor, the scales are very narrow to reach 3rd floor , not for old people ( we could manage)

We booked a suite for a very reasonable price and it was delightful as well as being a very quiet area of the large hotel . The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower and a separate toilet which is so rare in hotels but such a good idea . The property is almost in the village but surrounded by vineyards . So incredibly easy to stroll into the village and enjoy the restaurants . The tour buses are all gone by about 6 pm so the village is empty apart from locals and the hotel guests.

Neither Waze nor Google could find the hotel and the signage until you are almost at the hotel is poor . The parking is annoying as many locals obviously use all the spaces as there is little parking in the actual village, So we drove around and finally squeezed into a spot . Then checking in we were told by receptionist to park in the gated area and how to work the barrier . So back out I went rescued the car and drove to the gated area . Surely a better system could be found to handle this . We used the hotel as a night stop en route between Italy and the cross Channel Ferry . The vineyards are amazing however the village is just another awful tourist trap with endless souvenir shops for the endless stream of coach parties .

wow Location to everything was perfect a gorgeous village. one of my favorites . after staying in beautiful Colmar & before strasbourg we stayed in beautiful RIquewihr we rode on the tiny road train that took us into the hills to look back down on the beautiful village. I highly recommend staying a few days , the hotel serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. your also surrounded by restaurants and pretty shops ect. staff were very helpful. 👍🥂 ❤️

We had a superb stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, particularly as we decided to up grade our room to a room with a balcony. The room was lovely, looking directly over the vineyards. The outdoor swimming pool was warm, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon here, on comfortable sunbeds. The indoor pool was small and not really suitable for a proper swim but still a good facility - there were plenty of sun beds for a lazy afternoon on a rainy day. The highlight of our visit was the restaurant. Having travelled through most of France, this was by far the best food we had. Both our evening meal and breakfast were superb. Riquewihr itself was a little disappointing. Small streets with lots of restaurants but nothing else to see. We hired electric bikes and cycled to other place, which to be fair, were similar. It was worth visiting, just to see the area and enjoy the hotel. For such a small town, the hotel had plenty of parking.

The staff was friendly, professional and the location excellent. We stayed one extra night and ground floor room was the best. We booked through Booking.com and my e mail confirmation from them said breakfast was included in final price-but we were charged each day.

The restaurant for dinner did not have enough choices-the best part of my meal was the salad. We had a room with balcony for 3 nights and 1 night with a ground floor room. We wished the room had more hooks for towels.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, and it was just perfect! Big, clean, comfortable, quiet, good view, good wifi, complimentary water and treat for the dog, really beautiful! The hotel is dog-friendly without extra charge, breakfast is excellent (if a bit pricey), parking is free of charge, spa space nice (and free of charge to use), staff is super nice and welcoming, the hotel is just 5mn walking from the centre. Excellent value for money (even without considering the free upgrade).

Everything was perfect and more. Nothing to complain about. We will come back happily.

Very pleasant staff overall, the cleaning ladies and breakfast staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location excellent. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

We didn't like the background music on the ground floor, at times it was too loud, breakfast staff reduced the volume when requested.

We booked an overnight stay an hour before we arrived at the hotel. On checking in we were advised that we had been upgraded to a suite which was wonderful considering we had had a very bad experience in a hotel in Villefranche-sur-Saône sur Saone two days earlier. The receptionist was so friendly and the suite was excellent. Just loved the hotel and if we ever return to Alsace we will stay at this hotel.
