We had a standard room on the top floor. Small room and very small bathroom. But everything was there! We designed and comfortable with all you need. Good qualiity bed. Ideal location in the heart of town. Ample parking at short walk away. Very kind staff. Small terrace and bar to have a drink outside in the evening sun. Large choice of restaurants. The outside of the building is old and very authentic. The inside is comfortable. Lounge, lift to all floors. Small breakfast room with basis French breakfast and fresh coffee to order. Perfect for us.

The hotel has an amazing location in the heart of beautiful Ribeauville, right on the square next to the city hall. If you arrive by bus, it's about a ten minute walk from the bus stop. It's an historic property and my room on the third floor had these amazing old wooden beams. It's a double room, but still rather small, but worked well since I was by myself (was supposed to travel with another person when I booked). If you have a lot of luggage it might be a little tight. The bathroom is also quite small, but still worked well. Comfortable bed with good, big pillows. The view from my room was great towards the surrounding buildings and the vinyards on the hill behind. Being on the top floor and slightly away from the main part of the hotel, it was really nice and quiet. They offer free luggage storage, which is great. They also offer breakfast and SPA facilities, but I didn't try these.

My room was a little cold, and even though I put the thermostat up it didnt really get warmer. But it was quite cold outside during my stay. The bathroom was nice and warm though.

We liked this place a lot. The staff were wonderful—friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely kept, making it easy to relax after exploring Ribeauvillé. The hotel also offers very secure bike parking, which was a big plus for us. Overall, a great stay and one we’d happily return to.

Quality & selections are excellent. Superior to what we are offered in the US. I appreciate the time & care in the details: presentation of le petit déjeuner each morning; the location of breakfast - outside in an inner courtyard - very cozy; & a server offering a cappuccino rather than a regular cup of coffee. Again, what we get in the states is 'nothing special.' I would return here - absolutement!

Location right along the pedestrian area in Ribeauvillé. Lovely hotel with nice staff. Beds were very comfy, rooms were spacious with views of the village & vineyards. Very friendly & helpful staff. Parking available behind the hotel. Follow hotel directions to get to the location, as it is a bit complicated.

In the middle of the town, clean, elevator was a blessing, parking on site. The personnel were nice, no language problem.

It is tough to get used to the size of a hotel room in Europe but when in Rome..... Parking on site was full. In the middle of the town, close parking could be difficult to find to unload the bags. Free parking is close enough however - once the hoards of tourists depart, overnight parking is easy.

Super location and nice breakfast

Wasn’t told anywhere that I needed to pre-book the private parking. After arriving I was told it was fully booked and I had to park in a public parking nearby. As I booked months in advance, I was disappointed. I don’t like not having private parking. That said all was fine but probably wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I had not been able to get the private parking.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Friendly staff. Private parking (10€/night). Good instructions to the parking place from the reception. Dogs accepted (5€/night). Sympathetic atmosphere.

Superior room is quite modest. No minibar/minifridge. No air con, so you have to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, since the smoking area was right under the window which was unpleasant and unhealthy.

Great location, they have parking place, a really nice wonderful small spa, which is perfect after a day of biking around the area, they give excellent suggestions for restaurants, and they also have a parking place for bikes.  Beds are very comfortable, and it is true that there is no Aircon, but we were there during the hottest week of the year and with open windows and the fan, the temperature was perfect for the night.  Very nice staff.

No cappuccino for breakfast, we hope this will change :)

Stayed in September. Lovely and quaint hotel in the middle of town. Great location. There was lift access. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was sizeable, clean and renovated. There was a fan in the room which was welcome. There is a small bar with inside and outside seating which was great. Breakfast was in the outdoor/indoor area and was very nice & good value. There is excellent secure parking for bikes. It was a very nice stay; can recommend
