Everything was perfect and so comfortable. The restaurant's chef has some talent!

I'm not deducting any points for this but my humble recommendation for facilities which charge a supplement for pets (I was travelling with my dog) is that they could at least provide a bowl for water/kibbles in the room.

This is a beautiful spa hotel located above Equisheim. I would highly recommend arriving by 3pm to fully enjoy all of the amenities on the property or stay at least 2 nights. We arrived late and didn't realize we should have reserved a table in the restaurant which was full for the night. The bar did have great service and balcony seating so we were able to enjoy a light dinner. It was a limited menu, but we enjoyed great charcuterie and cheese boards with interesting cocktails. It was a very convenient location for wine tasting in the Alsace region of France. I highly recommend going to both Equisheim and Riquewihr.

Everything was wonderful: incredibly spacious room for 3, with plenty of space for things, and a balcony where one could enjoy coffee/tea (provided in room) or to sip a local wine from the bar. The beds were comfy and the linens fresh and crisp. Spa robes and slippers provided. The spa itself had a fun pool with multiple massage jets around it. Sauna and steam rooms also in spa. (You could book massages for extra money, but our booking included use of the regular spa amenities mentioned). Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious with eggs, breakfast meats, salmon, cheeses fresh breads, rolls and croissants. Plus fresh local yogurts, butter, coffees of all kinds (nespresso,) cereal, fruits and nuts. Make your own champagne juice cocktail! And enjoy it inside or on outdoor balcony with views. Spa is close to historic Eguisheim and Colmar which figure in WWII history and are in the wine country.

I do not react often to a request for feed back but I am happy to make an exception for Spa Husseren because it really exceeded my expectations in every respect. I arrived tired after a long drive from Italy and was able to relax immediately because of the nice reception(ist) followed by a relaxing stay in the Spa with a good swimming pool and sauna. The dinner was excellent and the service simply 10!. The room was comfortable with a big bathroom with all you need. I can strongly recommend staying there en route to Italy or spending a few days in the very nice area

There are hardly any bakeries around so you have to have breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is 18 euros a head, for this price the breakfast variety is too small, the vegetables are even only a little cucumber and small tomatoes. No coffee machines in standard rooms, which is inappropriate for a resort hotel.

Everything, from location to SPA facilities and personal.

Even if the SPA facilities open at 7:00 a.m. , the sauna was not started, not even at 8.30 a.m.

Clean rooms & swimming pool (which was open for kids 2 times a day). The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We added breakfast to our stay. It seems expensive but they offer a good assortment.

We stayed in a duplex room with our 6 and 9 years old. There was not much space as living room where we can sit and rest. However, it was very practical to have 2 separate toilet and douce, one upstairs and one down.

The room was clean and had everything you need. Very luxery. Lot of hotels charge a lot of money and do not succeed to expectations, but this one was above expectations. We loved the big shower. Also the location of the hotel is beautiful, surrounded with winefields and hills. Villages nearby are nice to visit, very cozy!

When we went for a swim in the afternoon, it felt like the whole hotel was swimming while the pool is not big enough for so many people. You come in to relax, but when it's to busy it does not feel relaxed, there is no possibility to swim, only to hang around a little. However it is a beautiful pool and sauna, with a nice terras, but i thought it was bigger.

Very good breakfast options available every morning. We ate in the restaurant on the first night (booking recommended) and enjoyed a nice meal with a bottle of local wine recommended to us by the waiter. We enjoyed a facial in the spa. Room was clean and fresh with a good sized balcony/patio area and a comfortable bed. My parents who were with us on the trip stayed in an adapted / disabled room which was very spacious and had excellent facilities in the bathroom.

The handheld shower head in the bathroom had sharp corners and I managed to graze myself on it to an extent that the mark is still prominent 5 days later. The shower itself was otherwise good though, just be careful!

We love most things about this hotel, especially the pool! Everything was in great condition and the air was so fresh! We didn't like the noise that we have to deal with every morning but it was not something the hotel can prevent. Some parents let their kids run all over the hallway like it's their own home. Another thing was the consistency of the housekeeping, our room was not vacuumed every day, on some days there was no replenishment of the bathroom amenities and the sheets on our beds were not changed for the 5 nights we stayed.
