Our room was modern, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean, with a modern bathroom. An honesty fridge with wine and beer was provided in the dining room, as was tea and coffee. Continental breakfast was great, fresh boiled eggs if required. Fresh coffee or tea plus juices and the buffet was always topped up on request by great staff. The owner and his daughter were amazingly helpful when we had to replace tyres following a puncture and even organised this to be done at their local garage. Fabulous service. All staff here are friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in booking again and thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay, best accommodation of our 3 week tour of Europe. Their wines are great too, the wine tasting here is a must.

Nothing, it was all perfect

It was a beautiful property in the heart of Eguisheim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and our breakfasts were lovely every morning.

The refrigerator in the common room had wine, juice and water. When we checked in, we got the impression from the gentleman doing our tour that the water was free. A misunderstanding that resulted in us taking water without writing it in the honor system folder. Lesson learned, write everything down that you take from the refrigerator.

You don't get a better location than this. It is absolutely perfect for exploring this beautiful little town - and it was way more central than we thought. The hosts are absolutely lovely, we felt so welcome and actually landed up wishing we had booked a longer stay there. The breakfast is great - especially the local cheeses. This was day 3 of our 2 week honeymoon and it was by far our favourite stay.

I thought about this question for a while, and I have zero to put here.

Spacious room and bathroom, with a stylish and rustic style within. We really enjoyed how authentic everything felt, and how quiet the side of our room was. The staff was also really friendly and organized a delicious wine tasting for us, from their own production. Add to this the great location, and this is a stay we'll never forget!

There were some minor inconveniences, such as the place being a bit difficult to find (staff helped after we called), or a light sensor flickering (stopped after we closed the bedroom door. But everything was washed away after a glass or two of wine

We loved everything about this stay! The location is like a fairytale setting and right in the center of a beautiful village. Rustic decor with all the modern conveniences. The host is very kind, helpful & welcoming. Breakfast in the terrace was super nice. Parking was included and very convenient. We had two rooms , both very roomy with AC and private baths. The complementary glass of wine was the cherry on top!! Thanks Famille Freudenreich

It wasn’t an issue for us but there is no lift and you must go up stairs to get to the rooms.

The location was central yet quiet at night. There was a lovely terrace for breakfast and for guests’ use during the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Honesty bar with their own wines in fridge available for guests. Free tea and coffee and sometimes cake put out in the breakfast area for consumption during the day. Very welcome after a day out.

Absolutely nothing.

Location is fantastic, right in the centre of the village. Initially we thought the room was a little charmless, however it is exceptionally well designed and ticks all the boxes. Everything has been well thought out.

Breakfast lady was a little annoying, she seemed to speak at you without actually listening to what you said. Having said that, she bakes excellent cakes !

Everything was just perfect. The building itself located right in the village center is historic and has been newly renovated. The rooms and bathrooms are top notch and all brand new. The breakfast was very nice and presented with a lot of love by Fanny. In addition to the already perfect environment, everyone has been extremely friendly. For summer a nice terrace is available.

Eguisheim is such a cute and typical village, and this B&B was at the heart of the town. Location is great, parking is provided and the property is newly renovated yet keeping the charm of this heritage building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is also a wine domain so you can also do tastings on site. Such a lovely stay

The property is maybe not indicated for business trips as the WiFi is sometimes inconsistent. Also note twin beds are not available

Nice touristic place, a typical Elzas village. Melanie the owner received us very well, with a nice aperitif. Excellent room with all the top accommodations. The lights in Hall, staircases, room and bathroom are completely domotic (smart lights). The breakfast is excellent, fresh and served by a charming young lady. it's really worth to drive those xtra 7-8 km few kilometres to pass a night or time in this nice picturesque place. Plus you'll find around 10 Restaurants. We ate in a very good Pizza restaurant and not expensive at all. On our next trip to Switzerland will come back.

there is no elevator and had to clime 2 floors, one to arrive at the main hall and the second to get at our first floor room. There is 1 Suite at the grounfloor too, but bigger and more expensive.
