The Room, the location, the bathroom and cleanliness every this was perfect. They even have a backend courtyard to keep your bike or scooter. Quite a big room for a single traveler.

They had a soft mattress which is not very good for people with back pain. I slept on the couch all 3 nights.

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was ideal, being right on the main street of the old town of Colmar but quiet as it opened onto both an inner courtyard and a quieter backstreet. There are a lot of steps to negotiate both in the courtyard and the 2 flights to get to the apartment as well as a further set of steps within the apartment itself that is set over 2 levels. It may not suit if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage but the extra exercise allows for guilt free devouring of the delightful pastries etc at your doorstep.

It was a late check in at 4pm so we were forced to pay to leave our luggage for a few hours elsewhere as we explored the town. At 4 pm we had to wait in an inner courtyard for the person to let us in. He had another couple to show to their apartment as well so it was 4.30pm before we were in our apartment. We later discovered that the luggage storage place was associated with the apartment so it appeared to be a bit of a money grabbing activity. We would have preferred to have a key code entry system to allow us to let ourselves in at an earlier time.

Great location, and enough space for 2 to be comfortable. Big fluffy towels and well equipped with everything you need. It’s in a groups of holiday lets, good communication and we were met by Franck on time and he was excellent.

Poor wifi, tiny shower, and the guests upstairs dragging the chairs around constantly which was soooo noisy. If some felt was put on the bottom of the chair legs this would be a great improvement. Corners and ledges were dusty and cobwebby, needed a really good deep clean throughout.

Everything. Best stay during my trip around many cities. The host and the staff were wonderful. They fulfilled everything I expected. The little apartment was very clean and had everything in it:kitchen, stove, microwave, even a washing machine. It was easy to get there, thanks to all the directions (even pictures of the entrance door) the host sent. Franck was there to give us the keys at the precise time we had arranged previously. Check out very easy. You just leave the keys in the mail box. The Christmas Market was, literally, outside the front door. When I come back to Colmar, I will definitely choose My Sweet Homes to stay there. Congratulations for an excellent service

Everything was wonderful, as offered

Excellent location, couldn't be better - right in the heart of historic Colmar. We stayed here during the busy Christmas market season when crowds are peak, but despite this, the room was quiet and peaceful. The room was really comfortable, just the right size for two of us. Impeccably clean and well appointed. The property manager was in touch with us and really accommodating when our arrival was delayed repeatedly. Slept really well every night. Couldn't ask for more.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location for sight seeing in the town and had a local supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. The information packs and leaflets provided were very helpful.

The height of the sink in the bathroom was far too high (my mother is 4ft 3' and could not use the sink properly or see in the mirror above it).

This is beautiful accommodation with lots of character. There was plenty of room for a family of five, and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The furnishings and facilities were high quality and the rooms really quite lovely. There were sounds from the street which added to the atmosphere, but were in no way invasive or disruptive. It was our teenagers favourite place to stay during our entire one month trip in Europe.

Nothing, it was ideal for our family.

The apartment is decorated well, check in was easy (Franck is a very nice guy), the location is amazing, and it was great to have a large space to ourselves. There are a couple flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues please do take note. I loved pretending that I lived in Colmar. You honestly cannot beat the location as it’s right in the heart of old town. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops. We ate at Le Fer Rouge two nights as the food and waiters were nice and it was so close. There’s a washing machine if you need to do laundry and a full kitchen of course. The bedroom with the twin beds is quieter as it faces the inner stairwell rather than the street. The street outside the big bedroom can get noisy in the mornings so do take note if you leave windows open. There are plenty of fans and the decor was exactly like the pictures. The place was clean and the neighbors were all quiet. And again, you couldn’t ask for a better location! (I took a video not pictures of the place so I had to go back through my video and do screen shots)

This was a great location and well-appointed apartment.

It would have been helpful to know that the apartment was on the second floor of the building (no elevator), with windy stairs and the bedrooms were on the second floor of the apartment - essentially making it 3 lots of stairs to climb with suitcases. After a long travel day and a walk from the station (no taxis), it was quite daunting!!

It was well appointed and you could tell the owner is passionate about giving her guests an exceptional experience. It is in the heart of Colmar and an easy walk to everything of interest.

The stairs are quite a challenge especially when you have a lot of luggage. There is no elevator.
