Easy check in, even though there were quite a few guests arriving and departing every day of our stay. The apartment was a good size. Large bathroom with good fittings. Excellent choice of breakfast items. Good location outside of Colmar, but within walking distance to the centre. Gated parking.

The access to the orange juice and coffee machines - there was often a queue of people waiting behind various tables, which made it quite uncomfortable for people who were sitting there. Another coffee machine would help. The parking bays were a little narrow for the larger models of cars now on the roads.

Spacious space with proximity to old town.

Staff wasn’t smiling at all whilst we were there and we saw many. It does influence the ambience.

Aircon worked extremely well and can be adjusted to preference. Our room was clean and staff were lovely. Staff offered luggage storage for us both for €2 combined which was great. Overall a very positive stay, we were pleasantly surprised. The room also had a small kitchen behind some doors with pots and pans.

Some furniture was a bit tattered and bedding had small holes in places from wear. A few days ago the government announced that drinking tap water in the Alsace region of France (which includes Colmar) is highly recommended against due to very harmful contaminants. A notice next to the bathroom tap would be much appreciated!

The apartment was ideally located, close to several local landmarks and easily accessible. The early check-in option was greatly appreciated and handled smoothly without any extra charge. The room itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay, complete with a bath tub for added comfort. The property also offered great facilities, including a swimming pool and gym, which added to the overall appeal, even though we didn’t get a chance to use them.

We had a nice room with a balcony and a small kitchen. It was comfortable, clean and the air condition was working. The location is good, an Auchan supermarket and even restaurant are easy to reach. The old town is easy to reach.

The WiFi was very unstable , the staff at the reception and cleaning could be more friendly. Breakfast, it was very challenging for the staff to refill food, cups and cleaning the table.

The hotel is a short waking distance to the Altstadt of Colmar. The room was spacious, clean and hotel staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Their “fitness room” has only 3 cardio machines and no weights of any kind, but does have an indoor pool and onsite locker rooms. The breakfast at the hotel had a nice variety of break options. There is a grocery store located 1 block from the hotel.

The hotel does have AC, however it didn’t seem to be working well during our stay and we requested fans to help cool the room. There is onsite parking available, which was great but be advised a reservation must be made ahead of time. Thankfully, there was space available during our stay.

The location is close to the old city which has beautifully preserved architecture. Our room was spacious and with a comfortable bed and linens. The kitchenette was well-appointed with a dinette table and chairs. The breakfast was very good with something for everyone. Having on-site parking was a super-bonus!

The room was clean except for the four corners of the shower where there was significant black mould. However, a good bleach bath should do the trick!

Good Location, close to the old town. Very friendly staff. I didnt received a room with an shower. But the woman at the reception gave me for that little dissapointment, the secure parking for free. Rooms were very clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. Big rooms with a little kitchen. Breakfast buffet was ok. The coffee and orange juice were tasty.

At the moment are around the Hotel some construction of new buildings. With open window its little bit loud at morning.

Really well equipped and comfortable apartment in this hotel, and, unlike our previous place, we found the aircon control as we arrived which was needed in the hot weather. Staff were very helpful and polite, even the trainee who appeared to be on her very first day at work! Lots of good eating out options within a short walking distance (Colmar is much smaller than Strasbourg where we had been just before). A short bus ride from the train station on the other side of town.

We set off back home on the Sunday but the buses we had expected didn't seem to be operating so we had to walk back to the station. Perhaps reception could have warned us as we would have booked a taxi instead.

The genuine friendliness of stuff, very helpful and kind. The space of the room, very spacious and complete, super well equipped, thought of lot details. Nice beds, sleep very comfortably and good. Quite area, and silence at night. Great location, close by few minutes walking distance from Colmar centre and La petite Venice! The pool is fantastic! Perfect for families!
