The woman at the desk, sorry I cannot remember name was great! She was proficient in everything that she did, check in, map with directions to downtown and a great description of the Easter market. The breakfast was also very good, the young man and same woman were outstanding!

The bathtub needs to be removed, it was very high, and narrow. It was difficult to get in and out of. My wife and I did not have a problem, with that said I would think that it could be very dangerous for older people

Very nice and clean hotel, that has family rooms and is at a 15 minutes walk from the historical center of Colmar. Secured open-air parking is available at a fee. The breakfast and coffee were great as well.

Even though very clean, the bathroom seemed in the need of some renovation. There was also some moisture damage to be repaired in the room, although the room did not give a moist impression. We found the price rather high for the state of the room.

We normally stay in Mercure hotels when we travel, but for this trip we just "liked the look and sound" of Beausejour, and chose it in preference to the nearby Mercure. We were not disappointed. Every thing about the hotel, the staff, the room, and the service was EXCELLENT. However, the big surprise was the kitchen and the menu. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on Christmas Day. The menu was limited but with fish, meat and veggie options. Each dish featured locally sourced, fresh ingredients and was cooked superbly. Although not featured in any of the usual Trip Advisor / La Forchette list of "top" Colmar restaurants - Beausejour provided what proved to be a delicious, late Secret Santa present! Now we are planning our return visit - this time in early summer.

Nothing - every thing was great.

Staff were welcoming and reception area clean and tidy. Lovely open staircase to 3rd floor. Bed was comfortable. Lovely en-suite with excellent bath.

No tea / coffee making facilities in room tho 1 small bottle of water supplied during 3 night stay. 34E per day for 2 breakfasts is overpriced. Weirdly, a slanting beam from floor to ceiling which looked nice at first but crossed the access to side of bed and chair and partially blocked tv screen. By the end of 3 days it was just an obstacle!

Great location to visit Colmar, staff is friendly and we particularly enjoyed breakfast outside on the green terrace. It is worth the €17 with qualitative bread and viennoiseries, local cheese, ham, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad. Room was squeaky clean and a roomy bathroom with a tub (personal plus). Aircon worked fine, free parking in the hotel street was a plus.

Relatively pricey but great service and facilities in our opinion. Would stay here again.

Great staff. Very nice breakfast. Very lovely and cozy evening light dinner in the lobby. Close to the old town. Nice tiny garden and lovely view from the balcony. Parking is safe and secure.

The furnishings can be renewed . The rather high and nerrow buthtubs are not very convenient for people with knee problems.

Lovely staff. Good secure parking. Great location , 10 minutes away from the lovely old area. The bar area did a very nice cocktail.

It’s tired in places yet clean . Weirdly our hotel room rang on a number of occasions with someone asking for reception. I unplugged the phone.

Great location. Ten minutes walk to the beautiful town centre. Free parking outside. Our room, although a bit dated with a very worn carpet, was spacious and clean. The hotel has a lift which is a bonus. The dinner waitress was very efficient and helpful.

No WiFi in the rooms. You have to go downstairs and sit in a very small reception area to pick it up. Even then it is very slow. No kettle or fridge in the room. Dinner was OK but overpriced and disappointing.

It’s close to the old town but far enough to be quiet. It’s nicely decorated and the room had all we needed.

The mattress/bed seemed to have a hole and my husband could not move much at night. Please change that bed/mattress.

Great location, just a short walk into the heart of Colmar. Easy check in and very friendly helpful staff. On site parking is a real bonus in a busy town. Access in and out of the car park very good although spaces are limited. Comfortable room, which was very clean. Complementary water and cakes were a nice touch.
