It was a perfect place to recover my energies! They allowed me to let my baggage there before the check-in time, so I could walk through the city a lot of times (is situated just some steps to the historic center). The check-in was fast and smooth, and I loved my room, bed very clean and comfortable, there's a desk with a chair, place to hang my clothes, hair dryer, television, air conditioning, the bathroom was very clean and had 2 towels and an extra paper, shower really good. There's hand soap in the sink and shower to use. I loved my room and felt sad to out hahah I will definitely go there if I come back. It worth the price.

I loved all my experience there. They just had a problem with the Wifi, didn't work in the afternoon, and my mobile plan wasn't working, so I couldn't use the internet, but they fixed during the night and morning.

A great hotel in a beautiful city. The room is clean and cozy for its class, with everything you need. The beds are sturdy and comfortable, with good mattresses, warm blankets, and snow-white linens. There are shelves and hangers for clothes, a desk, a chair, and a TV. It's very convenient that the room has a full-length mirror and a hairdryer. Special thanks for the private, clean bathroom with a toilet, shower cabin, and sink — all at an affordable price! I was also pleased to find two towels per person in the bathroom, as well as shampoo, liquid soap, a daylight lamp next to the mirror, and a magnifying mirror. The room has air conditioning, a plastic window that can be opened, it's quiet, and the view is of a city street rather than a wall or dumpster. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the bus and train stations and within walking distance of all the city’s beautiful spots and attractions.

There are only two sockets in the room. One socket for the hair dryer, the other for the TV. We didn't find any near the beds or the table.

This was a nice property located in close proximity to Colmar old town. The room was basic but was a good place to stay to explore the Alsace region. The bedding was comfortable, the hot water worked well in the shower and the room was clean. The train station was about 1km away and the bus stop was very close. There are many restaurants, a small convenience store and other facilities close by.

The wifi only worked for a few hours in the afternoon, otherwise it didn’t work at all at nighttime or in the morning which would be unsuitable for anyone planning on using it for work related purposes.

We booked this hotel based on other reviews, all reporting similar things. We really enjoyed the staff and the position of the hotel in relation to Colmar City Center, literally a 5 minutes walk, but you must know that this is not the nicest property in town (old, lack of maintenance etc). It is clean and even if there was an event going on on the square in front of the hotel, we had a comfortable stay and a good sleep without any disturbing noise. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we had a good one-night stay-over in Colmar!

Again, the hotel is old and not maintained very well, but that is reflected in the price. The rooms are not huge, not very well maintained and do not expect any particular view. Still good value for money though...

Location was excellent and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but enough to enjoy with a couple of salty options as well as sweets. Check in and check out were quick and pleasant.

The size of the room is not great but it can feel comfortable. The bathroom consisted of a toilet and a shower with the sink being outside next to the bed. When having shower, the door of the shower didn't prevent the water from going out and the floor got very wet.

The hotel staff answered any questions quickly through messaging about check in. Check in/out was easy. The front desk staff member was friendly, professional, and spoke English. We stayed in Room 409, with two twin beds. It was a small room, but very clean, bathroom was nice, beds were comfortable/great sheets, and it was so quiet at night we never heard anyone’s voices. Location is very close to groceries and easy walking to main sights/train station. I would stay there again.

Hotel Primo has an excellent location. Close to everything. The walking distance from train station is 20 minutes and if you take an uber will be 11 euros. Is close to restaurants and cafes. Had a mini market 2 minutes walking and the staff is very friendly. The room is small but ok ! Has a good sleep and was able to see all attractions.

The room was clean and the hotel os well located. Near the city center with a big parking lot to park the car. The room was small but but for the price is a good hotel for staying one or two nights to discover the city or when you are on your way to other place.

There's no soundproofing isolation in the room, if your neighbors start making noise at 7h30 AM you will wake up for sure. But for the price you pay,I think you can't ask for more.

Great location for Champagne Houses.Superb value for money.Very clean and comfortable .Best thing is one of the owners is British and so very helpful and knowledgeable adding nuanced information which you might not get when conversing in French. Value added to a booking is huge.Christoff gave us great advice on which champagne houses and locations to visit.Even booked dinner for our party at a local restaurant. They have only taken ownership in last few months but they offer so much more than other similarly priced accommodation. Good luck to them .

They are planning to upgrade the building but it's already a leader in its price band
