The reception staff, male, was very welcoming and professional, the decor of the hotel was inviting and cozy, the room was compact, but well decorated/furnished, the bathroom was excellent modern and clean, excellent service for our dogs with dog beds and food bowels, location good close stroll to the historical center , we can highly recommend a beautiful restaurant, La Cochonaille 10 min walk from the hotel.

No milk or spoon for your tea in the room, empty mini bar with complementary water, no onsite parking, however few minutes walk to public parking so no problem for us.

Very friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Spaces feel inviting, modern and clean, inviting like arriving home. Appreciate Wifi and computer access, if required. Room was very quiet and had comfortable bedding. Bath towels are large and fluffy and so are the robes. Hotel is easy access by car and sufficiently close to center, if you like to walk.

The toilet paper is atrocious; the quality is so beneath the rest of the hotel. Going green doesn't mean going cheep.

It's a small hotel close to the centre of Colmar. The room was clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. There's a parking just behind the hotel, where the Auchan is, that is paid through the hotel.

I'm not particularly fond of these covers that some hotels put at the end of the bed for decoration purposes. I'm allergic to dust so the less there's on the bed that can hold dust the better. No smart TV in the room.

It was such a great experience! Modern beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Didn't matter who was on the front reception they all were so nice and welcoming. Also loved the breakfast, so much attention to small details! We had two french bulldogs with us and they had bowls and beds already setup in our room so we felt our animals were very welcomed also. Would absolutely come back!

Vibe of the hotel, room decor, bathroom were excellent!

Location *is* walkable to the main pedestrian zone, but comparatively, the area where the hotel is feels empty. Just depends on what you are going to colmar for. If business and you need to work, great. But if to see the sights, prepare to walk. Definitely reserve parking inside if possible. The outside lot, while close, felt insecure.

This is a very nice comfortable boutique hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast with a good choice. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has an agreement with the Auchun car park. You are given a card for entry and exit, that can be reused during the stay. It costs €18/day and is paid for at the end of the stay..

Very nice hotel - but online check-in does not work at all. Staff is not preparred. The hotel is closed from 23.00 - 8.00 and access with roomkey does not work. The entry hall with bar-area is a mess with kids furniture all over. Not stylish, smart or inviting at all. No refrigerator in room. No tissues in the bathroom

The short walk into the old town of Colmar, the room design and decor, the bathroom was more than adequate, and the total quietness of the room, and the window that opened, and the easy parking on site allowing us to come and go, though we did have to pay 20E a day for it (I thought it said free parking on the web site?).

Our view was of a building construction site, which can't be helped. (The building looks like it will be a nice one when finished).

This modern, classy hotel was very clean. The mattress and pillow were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had several emails back and forth to make a dinner reservation and they were able to communicate in English and found exactly the type of food I wanted. Parking right nest door was convenient and easy to get to.

I thought the breakfast was only ok. There was a nice selection of cheese and meat, but not many vegetables or other items. Perhaps my expectations were too high based on how great everything else was.
