The location is an easy ten minute walk from the train, and two minutes into the heart of Colmar. Our bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful, to the point that when we saw one of the housekeepers on the street she recognized us and greeted us warmly. The price was also really good for all of the services of a hotel, and they were so good to store our bags all day before we left on an evening train.

Perhaps a mini fridge would be good in the room, and a hot water kettle. Though of course there is a nespresso machine. Otherwise, no issues at all.

The hotel is centrally located. Right in the middle of all Colmar Christmas markets, within walking distance. The breakfast is wonderful and the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant is unique and wonderful. Our room was very nice, an attic room with a terrace, beautifully furnished, the bathroom was very modern, clean and stylish and the electronic toilet was unusual. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The employees are very caring and respectful.

Everything was very nice, Colmar is a small city anyway, we walked everywhere. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, it had everything a hotel room should have. bathrobe, coffee, hair dryer, duvet, extra pillows. The size of the room was also very good. If I come again, I will stay here.

I just wish the breakfast had a little more variety

Excellent location, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel was very cosy, cute and nicely decorated for Christmas. Good breakfast. We really appreciated that the room had a coffee machine in the room.

Room door could be replaced with modern ones. We've got that old-school key for which we needed to find 'right position' in order to lock it.

Great location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. I liked how the bathroom and toilet were separate in the room.

It was a little pricey for one night and breakfast. There were no coffee pods in the room to go with the machine so I couldn't use it.

The room was very spacious and it was in a great location! The staff was so friendly and gave us a map for local activities and great recommendations for renting bikes near by. We loved our stay here and would stay here again the next time we visit!

Everything was great. The pool was cold but it was a hot summer day so it was great.

The staff was extremely nice. Dogs were free, just call ahead or let them know when booking. Staff was helpful with recommendations and the hotel is very centric

The Spa is nice but no soap in the dispensers in the showers and the door to steam room was broken, the fixed it next day after we told them though which is nice

The location is excellent for the city center, yet fairly quiet at night. We upgraded our room and had an large well presented room. The indoor pool and sauna facilities are very good. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and spoke excellent English. They booked a table for us locally for dinner, advised us where to explore and even lent us bathing costumes for the pool. Good facilities for secure storage of our cycles.

The breakfast is an odd affair where you have to book what you want in advance the night before. The choices are limited. For a hotel of this standard they could do very much better. It was okay, but probably the most uninviting we have enjoyed in three weeks cycling around Germany and France going from hotel to hotel.

I like everything..personal was super friendly. We were very tired after several hours of driving. We received better room and a lot if warm attention. Thank you very much!

We thought that there is no hair dryer, but it was my mistake. It is not in bathroom, but in cast.

I like everything, but maybe in the swimming pool we could have more bottoms to activate the pressure close to the border. If not everything was really nice, and the welcome of the staff was really nice and helpful! :)
