The location is an easy ten minute walk from the train, and two minutes into the heart of Colmar. Our bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful, to the point that when we saw one of the housekeepers on the street she recognized us and greeted us warmly. The price was also really good for all of the services of a hotel, and they were so good to store our bags all day before we left on an evening train.

Perhaps a mini fridge would be good in the room, and a hot water kettle. Though of course there is a nespresso machine. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Beds comfortable and good shower. Swimming pool area lovely.

We were upgraded as the room we were allocated did not look like any of the photos on the hotel booking site and wasn’t up to that standard. The upgrade was instant on request and apologies made without any awkwardness. The pool was very cold, not 29c as advertised which was such a shame as it is such a nice spa area otherwise, just way too cold for me.

The hotel is centrally located. Right in the middle of all Colmar Christmas markets, within walking distance. The breakfast is wonderful and the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant is unique and wonderful. Our room was very nice, an attic room with a terrace, beautifully furnished, the bathroom was very modern, clean and stylish and the electronic toilet was unusual. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The employees are very caring and respectful.

Everything was very nice, Colmar is a small city anyway, we walked everywhere. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, it had everything a hotel room should have. bathrobe, coffee, hair dryer, duvet, extra pillows. The size of the room was also very good. If I come again, I will stay here.

I just wish the breakfast had a little more variety

Great location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. I liked how the bathroom and toilet were separate in the room.

It was a little pricey for one night and breakfast. There were no coffee pods in the room to go with the machine so I couldn't use it.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel was very cosy, cute and nicely decorated for Christmas. Good breakfast. We really appreciated that the room had a coffee machine in the room.

Room door could be replaced with modern ones. We've got that old-school key for which we needed to find 'right position' in order to lock it.

The hotel staff is excellent. Every single one of them were very helpful and nice. Hotel location is great and breakfast is fine.

Some features were a bit worn out, so it could do with some renovation. The jacuzzi at the swimming pool wasn't working.

The room was very spacious and it was in a great location! The staff was so friendly and gave us a map for local activities and great recommendations for renting bikes near by. We loved our stay here and would stay here again the next time we visit!

Everything was great. The pool was cold but it was a hot summer day so it was great.

The pool was very relaxing. The bathroom was well supplied with toiletries and tissues etc. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent friendly service.

The toilet seat is very low and old style. The standard room was very small.
