The location is absolutely perfect, with completely secure gated doorstep parking in a fabulous little quiet complex. The instructions Nathalie sent to pick up keys and find the place were clear and precise and she was lovely when we met her the next day. The apartment is light, modern and airy and more spacious than I expected. We especially enjoyed the canal trip, luckily with a fabulous guide. We even spotted a beaver on 2 occasions!!

I must have missed that parking does have an extra charge, but that was no problem, as you have your car at your convenience. Colmar is a stunning place to explore, but extremely busy in August during the day - evenings fine though.

WE thought the bedroom area had a door, so I think a photo showing it was just a half partition wall would have been helpful, plus that area was quite tight to try to walk around the bed. The rest of the area was nice, with a couch and 'bar' seating area around the kitchen aspace. The wardrobe was more than adequate for all of our clothes. Some of the sockets didn't work which was a bit annoying as we were trying them all to see which ones did! The front door into the apartment was very tricky to open (with the key) and especially to lock, as the handle jutted and moved out of the lock mechanism which made you think it was going to come off at any moment if you pulled too hard to lock the door as you tried to turn the key. These negatives were just niggles, and overall our stay was very enjoyable. The location is perfect and the outside space in the courtyard was great to sit out in the sunshine and enjoy a glass of wine after a whole day sightseeing

We were so lucky to stay at La Cour de Berthe Ouest. We were at the Alcove. We liked everything in this hotel - the hosts, the apartment, the location. It is so easy and close to the train station - 10-15 min walking. And it is just next to Little Venice in old town Colmar. Just next to the church and close to everything in Colmar. Highly recommend it for a short or long trip. The apartment has everything and we felt at home. the staff is friendly and welcoming. we managed to leave our bags there before check in. So good that we will visit again!!! Oh, and we visited it during the first days of Christmas markets - so wonderful!!!

Location was excellent. Right in the old city. Added parking was so convenient. We were worried about the lane to get to the courtyard but it was big enough to drive down. Coded gate to enter courtyard

But short on room around bed but that was it. Actually very lovely spot

Excellent location in the city center. Friendly host allowed us to store our bags for free on the day of checkout.

Fantastic location in the centre of Colmar with parking right outside. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We could easily walk into the old town centre in a few minutes. We noticed at the last minute that Booking.com listed a shared toilet but luckily this was incorrect and the apartment was completely self contained.

It is right smacked in the middle of town with a spacious room and kitchen. There is also a small space outside of the room for alfresco dining next to the carpark. You would have to pay 7€ per day for parking, but it is worth it as you can park it next to your room. Checking in was seamless and contactless.

It was initially hard to find the apartment as it was not labelled, but thankfully the staff were helpful in helping out. Please note that it would be helpful if you are slightly fluent in French. The opening of lock could be a challenge, but it is okay once you master the trick.

The location was great at the edge of the old town in a nice and quiet backyard. My girlfriend said: The apartment was the nicest and cutest thing she ever saw <3. All in all Natalie was very accommodating and the kitchen was also well equipped.

The fridge gives off an annoying sound all the time and is audible from the bedroom.
