Great selection for breakfast. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. We were moved rooms to accommodate children’s needs. Free water with refillable bottles were available as well as a range of snacks to purchase. Microwave in the room as well as Illy branded coffee! Fabulous shower - almost spa like with three different settings. Lovely outdoor terrace and indoor seating area. Location is perfect. 2 min walk into the town. Located on a quiet street so no traffic noise. Colmar is simply a beautiful location to spend a few days in.

Fantastic hotel, all staff were extremely friendly. Check-in was easy and we pre-booked a parking space for our car in the underground carpark. Room was great with a decent lounge area, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Good sized bathroom with ample-sized walk-in shower and also a bath. Location was excellent, within walking distance of all points-of-interest. On final day we requested that we leave our car in the underground parking later than the agreed 12:00 check out timing. Fully understood that this could not be guaranteed until the morning of departure but we very much appreciated that this request could be honoured. Highly recommend this hotel, we are going to aim to come back there for the Christmas markets in December.

Some of the staff was exceptionally kind! Michaela provided us with dishware so that we could reheat and eat leftovers a from the previous night's dinner out. The hotel was super close to the old city center.

The communication was lacking about the fact that you had to reserve in advance and pay for the parking in the hotel garage. Also, they offer a huge breakfast buffet for nearly 15 euros. But we only needed a pastry and a coffee before getting on the road. They do not offer that breakfast. But we asked, and they did, after asking the manager, provide us with a very generous express breakfast for 7 or 8 euros each. I prefer better communication. I imagine there are many guests who would prefer a lighter breakfast both in terms of food and price.

The staff were lovely, particularly Djamila, who was just lovely from the moment we arrived. The room was so well designed with the kitchen facilities. It meant we didn't have to eat out every night we were there. The secure parking was also a bonus. It was an easy stroll into the centre of Colmar. The water available was a nice touch. Very comfy bed. All in all, an excellent stay and we will look out for other locations of Novotel Suites

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to Little Venice. The hotel has free water bottles that you can take to your room which is nice because our room was warm since there's no AC until the Summer, we stayed in early April. There's a parking garage next to the hotel for $20 a night, just let the hotel know ahead of time to reserve a parking place. My daughter enjoyed the ice cream in the lobby and we enjoyed the beer on tap. Thank you!

The hotel is very close to the center, 5 minutes away. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, and a bakery with delicious products is right next to the hotel. We arrived at 4 in the morning, and the staff was very kind, they accompanied us to the parking lot, helped us with accommodation, and even waited for us at breakfast. Very, very kind. the room is spacious, the bed comfortable, Rituals bathroom products. They also have a small play area for children in the lobby, as well as a small boutique where you can buy snacks at night.

We reserved a parking place before our arrival and mentioned that we have a bike extention at the back of our car. When we arrived, our placed are already arranged and they took into account our car extention. We had a longer space. There is a drinking water machine which provides, normal water, sparkling water and cold water free of charge. There is also a bike room in the parking garage. We had a nice holidya there and I wpuld definetily recommend it.

Great location - just a couple of minutes to walk to the city center. Room was also great - with the second "subroom" for the kind. Room is also have Shower as well as bath.

There were so many people at breakfast time that we didn't have enough room. So the three of us were seated at a very small round table, which was not comfortable at all. But later we moved and everything was fine. The breakfast itself is very good.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the underground parking was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was comfortable overall – we had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy after showers.

Actually only two things (but they are not big deal at all) 1- they have small market inside the hotel, but there was limited options to buy (nothing to be as late dinner/good snack) 2- limited parking, I have been forced to park my car in the public parking outside the hotel (for one night only then they find me a hotel parking for the other night)
