This hotel has a wonderful location if you arrive in Colmar by car. I was able to get garage access early, and the price at 20 Euros per day is fairly typical for hotels in that area. My room was really nice. And the location for the town is also excellent, as it’s a bit out of the tourist zone, so much quieter. Breakfast was terrific. Reception people very nice and helpful and they provided a really good restaurant list.

My only complain would be that it appears that the WiFi blocked or impeded video streaming, which I do in the evening. When I went to my “hot spot” and moved the phone near a window (which I had to do), the streaming worked. But not in the hotel. Most people wouldn’t be bothered by this, and I don’t know if this was intentional on the part of the hotel. Sometimes the building’s construction can be responsible, but streaming definitely did not work. The only other thing I would say is that this hotel takes bus tours. This was a beautiful hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk to the old part of town and the closest restaurants. It seemed like anywhere we could want to go was only around a 12 minute walk away during our trip. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they filled up our water bottles for us behind the desk.

The wifi didn't seem to reach our room, but I didn't give them a chance to fix it for us because I didn't mention it until we were checking out. There were some renovations going on, so it may have been related. It also took us a day to figure out how to close the blind on our window. Our friend's premium room had a button to open and close the blind, but ours involved first realizing that there was a blind that actually could be closed, opening the window, finding a twisting pole in the side of the frame, and turning that to lower the blind. Maybe something that would have been obvious to a European person, but we were slow to catch on!

Easy to find and access. Warm welcome by very friendly personell. Nice open and modern interior. I was way too early, but booked a place for my car in their garage and could park there immediately. No problem. Garage has a complete private part which is shielded by a roller shutter, so your stuff in the car is safe. Lift goes up to your floor or reception. Worked perfect for me. My room was good, space enough, clean, huge bathroom and bed comfortable. Short walking distance from the center of Colmar. Breakfast included was fine. For me it was perfect.

Lovely hotel that’s about 5 minutes walking distance from the historic center. The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the modern conveniences while being super close to everything downtown in the charming historic district. Having AC was great, but we didn’t need it much because the temperature was mild while we were there. We enjoyed the hotel bar one evening, and we didn’t purchase the hotel breakfast because there was a lovely bakery next door.

The breakfast was AWESOME! I have been to several different hotels in Colmar, but here the breakfast was exceptional! The room was always clean (we have been to this hotel few times) There was plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. There was the possibility of private parking (for a fee), but around (close to the hotel) is sometimes difficult to find a place to stay (if you want to walk 10/15 minutes you can find a good place!). To the old city center is very close by foot, the same with good restaurants (15/20 min by foot).

The only thing I didn't like was the office/laptop space, where there is not much room to work, even a laptop is difficult to fit (but other hotels had the same problem). There was an extra sofa and table in my room, but I don't like to work sitting so low (not on a chair).

A nice, modern room with a separate bathroom and toilet. The room is very clean. Friendly staff. There was a wide selection at breakfast, and the best part was the loose-leaf tea, which was delicious. The location is great — you can be in the centre of Colmar in 5 minutes on foot.

Short-term parking is available on the street nearby and can be paid for using the EasyPark app or via the on-site machine. It is available from 9 am onwards. The hotel offers a garage, but it is too expensive for a short stay.

The hotel staff were helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed and enough space to move around. The shower was good, the bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked well. Everything was great. The pillow was comfy with lots of stuffing unlike most hotels in Europe!

Only some minor things: There was a big gap between the wall and the blockout blind that meant the room was a bit bright in the morning. The shower would be better with a shelf for my things. I would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute booking as our previous accommodation cancelled on us due to a water leak. However it was a great choice, allowed an early check-in, short walk to the old town and Little Venice, really lovely breakfast, large modern room with everything we needed

The shower was great to use but the amount of water that ended up on the bathroom floor and flooded through to the carpet meant we used extra towels to soak up all the water. The bed was a little on the hard side for us but the pillows were really good

Clean, helpful staff and good atmosphere. The small bar next to the reception serves drinks and foods, even local traditional selections in quite fair price, and you can take it to your room! Since I was too tired at night to take a long time at the very busy restaurants this service helped me a lot. There's no kiosk, supermarket, or takeaway food shop around. The double bed room was bigger than usual hotel rooms and was quiet. Walking distance from both the old town (10min) and the train station (17min). For parents, there is a kids space between the reception/lobby and the breakfast cafeteria ;) Next time I'll come back with my family.

I found the breakfast was a little bit overpriced for the quality of coffee and also for the amount of food. Until 8 AM I could enjoy the breakfast comfortably without a crowd. The bed was one of the hardest beds I used ever.

Excellent selection and variety of breakfast options. Room reasonably spacious and comfortable bed. Excellent location close to the old town, Little Venice and very importantly for us, a secure integral car park accessible through the hotel reception area.

Slightly disconcerting to arrive back from a car trip to find our reserved parking space occupied by another guest's vehicle. Staff were apologetic and allocated another space for us so problem was easily resolved.
