We travelled to Eguisheim with 10 friends to celebrate my 65th birthday. This lovely hotel and, in particular, the wonderful staff, helped make it one of the best weeks of my life. We had a comfortable room with powerful, spacious walk-in shower; firm bed and plenty of clothing storage space. The hotel served a generous and varied breakfast (for a daily extra charge) and had a nice bar serving local wines and beers throughout the day and evening and plates of charcuterie/cheese etc in the evening. There were comfortable small sitting areas on each floor. The hotel had secure private parking for an extra charge (book ahead as space is limited). The hotel is located at the entrance to the village and is within easy walking distance of all attractions/wineries and places to eat. The hotel provides useful advice on which restaurants open on which nights of the week. The multilingual staff (who had excellent English) will sort out anything you need - book taxis, help book restaurants etc - if you need them to. The picture shows Mariella and Mariella (yes, they share the same name and birthday!) wishing me a Bon Anniversaire. I would give this hotel 11 out of 10 if I could!!

Nothing. For us, it was perfect. However, just be aware that there is no lift and all rooms are on 1st floor and above. If you have mobility problems this may need to be considered. If you need a 1st floor room advise the hotel in advance - I am sure they will do their best to accommodate.

The hotel was easy to find and parking was available. The staff was very friendly, the room was good with a good shower and comfy beds. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes by foot from the center of Eguisheim, with many nice restaurants (of which an overview can be found in the room).

The location and private parking was ideal. It was nice having a suite with a sitting area.

The room was on the 3rd floor and had no elevator. The room was hot at night. It would have been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner.

The location was perfect! The hotel is easily accessible without having to drive through town. Our room was on the smaller side but that was not a problem for us as it was easy enough to stow our bags under the desk area. The room was clean & comfortable. It was nice to be able to have drinks on the patio as well as inside the bar area. We were lucky enough to reserve the last parking spot in their small parking lot.

Nothing to complain about at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location just outside the centre of town. Clean and comfortable hotel. Room OK but decoration and furniture a bit basic for a suite. Breakfast fine. Restaurant not open for dinner (but lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk).

We had hoped for the restaurant to be open during our stay this time, as it was closed during our previous stay. Apparently the restaurant is not open for dinner anymore, but a barmenu is available. The booking was honoured as expected. The location is fine - close to a number of good winemerchants and a selection of restaurants. We very much enjoyed visiting Le Pavillion Gourmand enjoying a 3 course dinner.

The room was smaller than that of our previous stay, but may be said to match the price been paid for a single night. For a longer stay booking a larger room is recommended.

Very good hotel. The location is the best. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, quality food. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is adequate. It is recommended to book the parking. I can only recommend it.

The food was really good. They have great indoor areas to eat but what was really nice was the outside seating area. We arrived at an odd hour in between lunch and dinner and they still served us food. The rooms are really nice (very clean) and the view is amazing from the rooms. Plenty of space to sit in the foyer on each floor incase the weather is not great. Located at the entrance on one of the main streets. They have their own parking space and there is also a huge parking lot 100 m from the hotel. Great place and we had a great stay!

The morning breakfast could have been better but they had all the basics and whatever they had was well prepared and tasted really good.

Great location and parking

First room had a terrible smell (sewage). They moved us but to a lesser class room. Shower was very slippery and an older adult in our group fell. We informed staff and they told us showers were not slippery:

Very cute hotel in the middle of Eguishiem. Our room was great with a nespresso machine. This was my favorite in this region. Parking was so easy. Make sure you reserve a spot. Right behind the hotel. We will be back!!

The restaurant was not open for dinner. We would have loved to just stayed there to eat.
