The hotel is located in a very nice area at the limit of Eguisheim, while still being at walking distance from the town centre. Even though they are renovating, there was no sign of noise in the spa, which is situated right next to the area under renovation - quite impressive! Very friendly staff, and very rich and diverse breakfast.

The breakfast hours - a time window from 8 to 10 am - are maybe not so extended, but the use of the area is flexible and the hosts still allow you to sit at the tables for as long as you wish in the morning to enjoy the amazing view from the large windows.

Hotel in the middle of a large renovation. Parking difficult until after workmen finish. Rooms facing onto courtyard looking at building site. Hotel needs to better communicate to potential clients about this. We were offered an alternative room which was appreciated and we still stayed. However if we had been advised of the ongoing work in advance it would be less of a shock on arrival. Once you are at the poolside it is not so intrusive.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location right amongst the vines. The rooms were very comfortable and the communal areas - spa, pool and breakfast area and bar excellent. Breakfast was amazing, huge fresh pain au chocolate and croissants a highlight, but quite expensive so get an inclusive rate if you can. The little town of Eguisheim is absolutely stunning. What an amazing and beautiful place to stay. Loads of restaurants but worth booking the previous evening or in the morning if possible as it gets busy. We would definitely be back if we didn’t live so far away.

There was no safe in our room. Most of the rooms do have them. There was also a slight lack of power sockets. Otherwise perfect for us.

This is previously a small hotel near the vast vineyards in Eguisheim. It has undergone beautiful renovation and carefully thought to the very tiny details. If you are driving (most of the guests), you can parked in designated check-in parking infront of the hotel. As you get out from the car, its only few steps into the hotel lobby. After getting the room keys, you can drive your car into the gated property and park your car in the hotel basement. Despite being a small hotel, the parking is abundance and spacious. There a lift to all floors from the basement. Room is small but very comfy. All the rooms have wonderful views of either the vineyards, pool, garden or all. We skip the breakfast. The pool was heated and pleasant to swim even in early morning. Eguisheim is 10 mins pleasant stroll. You can always walk there at times when there are less tourists.

Very quiet atmosphere, excellent for relaxing at the spacious pool. lush green surroundings with a lot of attention to detail. We spent only two nights at the hotel and did not have enough time to enjoy all the amenities.that are available. Rich breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was always attentive and accommodating. The center of Eguisheim is only 5 min walk with plenty of choice for lunch and dinner.

Third stay here, always memorable, and such a great location on the edge of the vineyards, and yet so close to the centre. Wonderful, friendly staff. Superb buffet breakfast. As early in the season and not many guests we had the pool/sauna area to ourselves. Luxurious. Comfortable bed, good shower. Plenty of storage in bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities in the room are always much appreciated and free water in the fridge. We slept very well and had a great time, thank you.

Our bathroom was in much need of updating, I am sorry to say. The tile grouting was old and worn, as also the vanity unit. Soap dispenser at the sink was empty and obviously didn't fit in its holder? Old towels, one toilet roll. A vanity mirror would be nice? Lack of sockets in the room.

Nice modern room, very good breakfast, helpful staff, good location among the vineyards.

The spa area is rather small. It wouldn't be a problem if the jacuzzi was warmer. The sauna seemed home-made out of a big wine barrel with a glass opening to the vineyard - stylish concept but absolutely non-functional. No insulation of the barrel, just plain wood, so when you sit further from the heater, it's actually cold.

The room was small and outdated including bathroom. Lack of sockets - to charge a phone you have ti pull out the switch of the light. Our room did not match the photos. The breakfast room is too small for the size of hotel, the tables are to close not enough space to move around them.

The pool area is very nice. The reception at arrival was good, and the parking is great. The staff had put out a (too small) doggy bed for our dog. The room was a nice size for us and our dog.

The shower in our bathroom had black slime that could have been mold. The shower corner was pretty small, and difficult to avoid the mold. We stayed here over christmas. During the holidays, everything nearby was closed, and the hotel does not have a dinner option. In the future, this region and hotel are better avoided during any national holidays

Pretty close to village of Eguisheim (few minutes walk) which can offer you many restaurants, wine producers and a real Alsatian vibe. The hotel's staff is very friendly, the outdoor swimming pool is very charming and the SPA was nice. We will definitely come back next year!

Although the breakfast was very good, it was quite expensive for what you get. Other than that, this hotel is a hidden gem!
