The hotel is a bit oldschool, could undergo some renovation and modernization. But it has one incredible advantage - it is located exactly at the centre of the city. Booking a room there you get the view over the fountain and the church with the storks' nest on the the top. The owners are super friendly. It is also worth mentioning that you can drop the luggage by parking a car at the entry for few minutes. The park overnight it is best to go to Marrie Parking 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is simple but tasty.

Beautifully appointed room. Characterful location overlooking the square in a village of exceptional beauty. Lots of nearby restaurants. A nice breakfast the next morning. Mini-bar was well stocked with chilled glasses a very nice touch.

I know you pay for the convenience of the mini-bar, but €3 for a small bottle of water is a bit steep. We were staying on an exceptionally hot day. Room 8 under the roof was equipped with a handy mobile air-conditioning unit, which was sorely needed but very noisy.

Everything was awesome. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Easy to get to as you can park outside the hotel while you drop your bags off. Great rooms. Lots of space for your luggage. Wonderful and clean with everything you would want. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the city. Walk everywhere. The staff are top notch, very helpful. Definitely order the bfast as it was a real treat. We will definitely be back.

The receptionist/manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked the suite so had plenty of room and an enormous bed. Everything worked well and the breakfast was great.

The only problem we had was the bath which had such a wide surround that it was difficult for someone with short legs to get in and out.

Authentic stay, well curated rooms, clean and friendly. make sure you book swiftly as they have a very limited amount of rooms being a small structure . I believe around 12-15

the room was rather on the colder side at night (outside was around 9 degree celsius)

Beautiful location in the center of Eguisheim. Very cosy room with views of the main square and church. Very comfortable bed. The owner is very kind and helpful. Can recommend this hotel 100%. We will be back.

The room was spacious, we had a beautiful view over the main square, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and warm. Bathroom was bigger than average. Easy check in. The reception was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic, not many options but ok. I think it's not worth it 13 euros per person.

The gentleman at the reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He moved mountains to get us reservations at the local restaurants a week before Christmas. He was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was right in the centre of the pretty village. Carol singing and church bells floating in through the window and an absolutely “Silent Night”.

On a three-week trip to France, we only stayed in a hotel a few times. The rest were in apartments and B&Bs. So when we arrived, we were delighted to find all the amenities of a hotel with the hospitality of a B&B. We visited the area during a heatwave and yet the management had placed a portable air conditioner in our room before we arrived so that it remained really comfortable during our time there. The location is perfect, right above the main square, but it was never noisy and the beds were extremely comfortable so we slept really well there. Since the pandemic, I haven't been in a hotel that cleans your room every day, but on returning after our first night there, we found they'd made the beds, and refreshed the whole room, a very nice touch. I had hesitated about paying extra for the breakfast when normally, we could just grab something at a nearby boulangerie, but I'm so glad we opted to have breakfast as it was fantastic with a great variety of items and beverages. Overall, we loved our time here and would gladly return.

Great hotel in the town square. Rooms were comfortable and had portable ac units that made it super comfortable sleeping during the warm night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice.
