It’s location is great. A couple minutes walking from the little Venice. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The staff is not the most warm and friendly ever, but they are helpful and nice when you approach them. Got all the needs resolved while reaching out to the front desk.

The rules are clear since the beginning, but making bed linen or cleaning kitchens is not something we would expect for a holiday or vacation. There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom specially at night (probably from the pipes?). Other that that everything was good. Also i reported some issues in the apartment through the app they suggest, but never received a response from anyone about it.

I like the balcony, the fridge and freezer facility, the booking options for breakfast, the proximity of the train station and town centre

It was a quiet stay however I travelled during term time. Not sure how noisy it gets during school holidays, insulation seemed average. Also the breakfast room is quite small and need prebooking, 2 sittings, not always handy. Re the bathroom I had to buy toilet roll and shower gel and soap as these were either not provided or in insufficient quantity.

The room was pretty spacious, it had a big balcony and a hall to store our luggage. Everything looked nice and clean. We were pleased with the location (next to the historical downtown, grocery store and a beautiful little park), private underground parking, friendly service (thanks to Gulnara) and a permission to bring our dog.

Nothing to complay about. It was a nice short term stay. We only wished the swimming pool was open a bit longer, we didn't get to swim because it was closed after 8pm. Also, waiting for a deposit (200€) refund for 3 days was a bit nerve-racking.

Good location.

The first night we could not get out of the property. The gate was locked and the code did not work. The next day the staff told us it was broken. Not fine. We wanted to go out and lost time and energy trying to find a way out.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood! No need to use our car, which was totally secure in the parking place. The kids loved the swimming pool! Reception hours are not convenient for late arrival, however if you let them know in time, they respond quickly to help you and provide what you need to know to have access both to the parking place and the apartment. At least that happened in our case.

The trash can cover in the WC was broken. We told the receptionist and asked for a new one, but it was not replaced. Also one of the bed sheets as well as one of the towels had stains -they seemed to be clean though- so we asked for some others. Once more they replaced nothing.

Spacious. Quiet. Clean. Private Patio. Safe upper class. area. 2 blocks away from Petite Venise. Free street parking only 1 block south of the rental.

Long line (30-minute wait) at check-in at around 5pm. There was no spare roll of toilet paper. Bring your own coffee and filter. None is provided. The trash bin is in a small drawer box under the sink.

The location: 12 min from railway station , 7 min to Le Petit Venice by walk The kitchen equiped with everything needed. Comfortable and clean room. Hotel located in a quiet area

The fact that we must put the linen by ourself or extra-pay for it which we never met in other 3 stars hotels, the fact that we must ask always at the reception for garbage bags, additional toilet paper, additional soap...no room cleaning during the day The fact that no shampoo, no shower gel available by default.

The apartment is located very close to the station and at walking distance from the city center in a very quiet zone. It is a block of flats, modern and well-furnished, with independent and efficient AC. My room was very large with a balcony. At the entrance there is a reception open only during the day; the staff is very kind.

1) The shower stall is large, but it has a no-sense door: it opens inwards and there is very small space to reach the shower. Accordingly, if one is fat, he cannot take a shower! It is a pity, because the apartments are very nice, I cannot understand how one can design a so unconvenient and absurd shower stall. In case of problems, I advice to contact the structure in advance to check if there are more handy shower stalls. 2) Wifi is a bit instable

We had a lovely week at Résidence Pierre & Vacances La Petite Venise. Notes: - the location is excellent: very close to the center on foot, also close to the railway station. Quiet area, we had a great sleep. - spacious apartment, clean and fully equipped (kitchenette, microwave oven, utensils, coffee maker, etc.) - ideal for families: playground, indoor swimming pool (with separate shallow pool for toddlers) - great value for the provided services.

- the reception working hours are very limited; nevertheless, we had been given the access code to store our luggage before checking in. - as a result, check-in is quite late (after 16:00)

The location was great, very close to the center, 10 minutes walk. Great as a central point for trips to the surrounding towns and villages. The apartment's equipment was complete, in good condition, including the kitchen. The pool, quite large (although a bit shallow) was also great. The place was very quiet.

The apartment was perhaps a little small for 4 people, but it was OK in the end.
