The location of hotel was excellent, just by the old town near a very good parking space. the hotel was in a medieval beautiful traditional fachwerk house, our suite was very spacious and beautifully furnitured with shower and beautiful bath, there was also a small kitchen with coffee/tea facility, fridge and even a cooker. Also , we were really friendly served at breakfast with a plate of cold cuts (cheese, meat) and some fried eggs. We were also allowed to keep the room for a bit longer, so we didn't have to hurry up with check-out. Everything was easy and nice and we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel.

very nice room, spacious and with all the facilities needed. Location was great, directly on the main street of the village and a few minutes from the restaurants and bars. There was a parking directly across from the hotel which made it really practical. We didn't have the breakfast.

It was quite warm in the room, we had to open the two windows in the middle of the night to cool down which worked out fast. Staff were a little confused at check in and forgot to charge us for the tourist tax. They remembered in the morning and caught us at check out. It wasn't our intention to evade it, we didn't realise they had forgotten it.

- shower wasn't working so well. Made an absolute mess on the floor also which we cleaned up - double bed was actually two twins pushed together so there's an uncomfortable gap in the middle - hefty city tax is not included in the price shown - no smart TV for Netflix, etc. Got basic French tv

We messed up when booking the room as we wanted the suite. On arrival we realised our mistake. The hotel were so kind in offering the room we wished for to make it the most amazing stay. It’s our second time now at the art hotel and we will 100% be coming again!

The ART hotel was perfect for our stay in Kaysersberg. We had a perfect view of the castle and the accommodations were immaculate. The room was quite large which was surprising for Europe. We were there on a very cold week and the temperature in the room was perfect.

Excellent location in Kayserberg, easy walking throughout the area. Hotel was super clean and comfortable. This is a self check in hotel, and the process is very straightforward.

The room was large and clean. The hotel was centrally located with parking outside the door. The host left some breakfast drinks and snacks. Communication with the owner was good.

Plentiful breakfast! Very hospitable altogether. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walking town, friendly atmosphere, loads of restaurants, great short hike up to the castle.
