The rooms are very nice, look freshly furnished and well maintained. All necessary room amenities were provided. We booked 3 rooms and the surprise is they are all different in layout and size. Parking at the back of the hotel allowed guests to walk to most of hotel rooms without stairways. I had room 18 that was in my opinion the nicest but required climbing some 16 steps to the room, which was very private (no room next to 18) and had windows/balcony facing the front and back of hotel. The receptionist Mr. Ferdinand who checked us in was very helpful. We arrived on a public holiday and most restaurants were closed but he helped find one for us in Riquewihr village that was close by. We did not book for breakfast but the ambience in the breakfast room looked beautiful. Mittlewihr is a convenient place to say to visit the various vineyards and quaint villages in this part of Alsace, France, also close to Colmar.

Excellent location for touring the region, spacious room with lovely balcony. Very nice breakfast and attentive staff particularly Rachel on the reception. Plenty of free parking in front and at the side of the Hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel (in common with others in the region) was experiencing difficulty in recruiting staff, however this had minimal impact upon our stay and was not an issue for us.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for visiting other villages. We visited during a quieter season however we were met promptly on arrival quite a few hours after our expected time and this was not an issue. staff very accommodating. A separate entrance reduced need to carry luggage up an extra flight of stairs. Good breakfast and plentful which facilitated a fussy eater like myself well.

I have to think too much to find something i didn't like. I would certainly stay in this hotel again. Maybe the beds were a little hard but thats subjective..some people prefer softer. I am being picky....

A great B&B hotel. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast room is charming - the food was good and the hotel employees were very hospitable, speaking English, German and French. The hotel is close to other bigger towns and wineries - about 10 min car ride to Riquewihr; can ride a bike around for ~2 hours to visit many wineries.

This is not the fault of the hotel, however, the closest restaurant is about 20 minutes walk away and most of the walk has no pedestrian paths. If you are arriving late, I would recommend to eat before.

It was quite easy to park and find the reception. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, as well as quite calm and decorated in a pleasant way. Breakfast was served efficiently. Also, they implemented my telephone request for sheets and blanket instead of a quilt.

The lighting in the bathroom was not as bright as I wanted it to be, especially for shaving, and it was impossible to turn on the wall radiator. Finally, I could not find any electrical outlets in the sitting area of the room. Terrible advice for dinner reservation.

The staff were very helpful, very friendly, and very attentive to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was outstanding, amazing selections and variety, and quality. We enjoyed spending time in the morning making our plans for the day and there was no rush to have us leave.

There was not a single thing to complain about since they met every expectation.

Loved the charm and comfortable beds and large rooms. Darkening shades in bedroom. Lovely and filling breakfast, friendly staff and convenient to iconic tourist destinations such as Riquewihr, Kaysersberg and Haute Koenigsbourg.

Our A/C was not working though thankfully it was cool enough with the windows open to sleep well. Bathtub was slippery though well equipped.

Warm welcome and a small but pleasant room on the first floor. There was a small balcony area - but big enough for two people to sit out on - and a small but well-appointed bathroom. Unexpectedly there was no service in the restaurant nor was there any other restaurant in town as far as we could see. On the other hand a good breakfast was served and the staff generally were friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was excellent. Ms. Rebecca paid great attention to us. Service was impeccable. There were 3 of us, and upon checking the room, we found that they had already set up the 3rd bed for us. The breakfast was esquisite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and personally would stay there again.

very nice location and the hotel has a classic charm. spacious rooms and clean. Lots of good wine all around. Usually you get parking space in front or behind the hotel.

Wifi internet and mobile data connection not good.. ( also experienced this in many restaurants along the wine route). it's a minor inconvenience.. Breakfast very average.
