The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and indulgent with a coffee machine, kettle and tea bags, water bottles, refrigerator, safe, very comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, and a spacious bathroom with stunning design. Although they formally say that free parking is only available in vacant spots, there really isn’t a space problem, and parking for all guests is free.

The restroom was somewhat small and outdated with a sliding door, but extremely clean.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Pleasantly surprised by how well equipped and welcoming this hotel was. For a cheaper chain hotel, the facilities were excellent. There is complimentary water in the bedroom, along with good tea and coffee making facilities, including a Nespresso machine. It was clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of extra pillows, towels and bedding. Plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. Highly recommend excellent all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant within walking distance. Will definitely look out for this chain and stay there again.

Poor breakfast. Stale croissant, orange squash rather than juice and limited range of hot dishes.

Check in was open until midnight and was super easy and staff was very nice and welcoming. We liked the fact that there eas a big free parking lot in front of a hotel. The room was small but all you need for one night stay. We were welcomed with free coffee or tea in the room and everyghing was clean. Bathroom and shower inside were big, which sometimes isn't the case with similar hotel rooms.

Location, while it is close by car to city center, the area is not nice to walk through. It is close to the airport and is good for a short stay next to the main road which is what we needed so it wasn't big deal for us, but keep it in mind. There is also not many choices to eat around (one restaurant next to the hotel, and others are 10-15min walk through industrial area to get to them).

Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were not only very clean but they had a modern decor. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Finally, the location of the hotel is very good - adjacent to the airport (although we didn't travel by air) and not too far from the historic downtown of Colmar.

There was a dead insect on the floor and next to the wall that supported the television screen. However, it could have come in from the outside of the property. This is not indicative of anything the hotel staff did wrong or failed to do, merely coincidental.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The hotel is secure the room was clean. Unlike my experience in some other hotels, all the facilities worked, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Good clean shower facility, large size TV screen. Added bonus, mini fridge and coffee Nespresso machine as well as the standard kettle for tea or the traditional coffee sachets.

The room was clean with polite personnel. Breakfast was also good. On the day of our arrival, there was a young receptionist girl that was very polite and helpful.

On the last day, in the restaurant, there were a lots of tables that needed to be get cleared and ready for the next clients while the ladies in charge were chatting... On the terrace wasn't any better...

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with good coffee, tea, water. Good air conditioning. Location is great, very close to motorway and 10 min drive from centre of Colmar. Great restaurant with all you can eat buffet close by

The room was spacious, covered with very thick curtains to keep the room dark on a sunny morning. It was super clean, and the shower gel smelled very good. I loved it. The location is very close to the statue of liberty, and very reachable by car.

The fridge was very small, you couldn't even cannot fit a big Coca-Cola in it.

Very nice hotel, not the usual paper thin walls. Room was quality, quite classy actually. The photos on listing don’t show just how lovely it was. Colmar is also a lovely place to visit.

Breakfast was €18 !! Can’t say if it was good or bad because I didn’t do it but I can’t see how a continental breakfast can be worth that price.

Glass door to bathroom - why?? Would be terrible if you were two singles sharing. No wash basin in separate wc (this is standard for France, but it would be good to have it)
