Hotel must have been recently re-decorated, very clean and fresh everywhere. Location for access to the motorway very good.

Breakfast area too small when the hotel is full or has coachloads of guests. Also we paid for breakfast the night before, but there were no checks at all so in effect we wasted €19. The price for what we had was OK, but I suspect a lot of guests were enjoying free breakfasts. We found one single concrete bench in front of the hotel. At least during summer, there should be more places to sit outside. Shower area very small, "large" people would have problems.

We needed a last minute place to stay and where able to book this stay option via Booking.com. The lady at the reception made to customer friendly action of calling us ahead of our stay to tell ask us whether we had an idea about the time we would be arriving. She said they were closing the reception, but was willing to stay a short time extra to check us in and explained how we could otherwise gain access to our room. The hotel exterior looked very tidy and clean and the same can be said for the entrance and lobby. There is a lift in the building if you are on a higher floor and ample parking available around the building. Although the hotel seems situated on an industrial estate, it is located far from any noisy roads or businesses. The lady at the reception spoke English well and was most helpful and friendly. The room was of a fair size and well suited for a short stay to visit the surrounding area. The bathroom was not very large, but again no issue for a short stay location. We would sincerely consider this location for any future stay. Be aware that there are two of this chain hotels next to one and other so choose the correct one. ;-)

The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and patient when we tried to use our less than perfect French. The cleanliness of the whole place was super, we appreciated the shower gel/shampoo in the shower and the towels. (Unfortunately, I only saw the note about saving water/protecting the environment the day we checked out, maybe this could be mentioned to guests when they check in.) The door code system worked really well. What I particularly liked was the garden with the birds and the white benches in front of the hotel. Great place to sit and drink wine! The breakfast was really good, too. And the lemon/cucumber water that was there in the afternoon for everybody to help themselves.

Crisp bread or dark rye bread for breakfast would have made it even better for me personally (as I try to avoid wheat for health reasons). A common room or longer opening hours of the dining room for people to sit in the evening would be an improvement, too, in my opinion.

This was a great stopover hotel. It's on an industrial estate but there is a restaurant a few metres walk. The rooms are compact but the beds are very comfortable. Could have done with more pillows but I didn't ask so nothing to do with the hotel. Air con was very welcome after a long hot journey. There's a vending machine and hot drink vending if needed anytime of day or night. The staff were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast spread. Great hotel if you are on a stopover or you want to explore the nearby vineyards.

There was enough parking just next to the hotel. The bed linen and towels were clean and neat. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Pretty quiet area so one can sleep well. The bar and toilet were clean as well. A good wifi connection. Breakfast spread was good but for an extra charge. The view of the lake from the room window was nice.

The room was quite small. There was barely place to keep our bags.

Service is good, cleanliness is absolutely great. they also provide room service to clean up. Breakfast is served well. It is also easy to check in.

The distance from city center to the hotel was quite far. To reach the hotel from city center, it is recommended to ride a car or bike. If you're a backpacker traveler, it is not recommended.

Great, calm hotel very close to the airport of Colmar where I had all my planned activities. There are some restaurants in the vicinity that are easy to reach by walking. The breakfast is very good: during my stay my daily activities did not permit occasions to eat, so I was relying on the breakfast of the hotel which provided all nutrients necessary to conveniently making a full day working possible. The directrice and the staff were always very busy as it is a very popular hotel, but when they were available, they were very helpful and kind.

There is no deficiency that would worth to be mentioned. I generally find the rooms in that region of France too dark, but it is not the fault of the hotel. They provided a desk lamp so I could work and prepare for my daily tasks properly during the night.

Efficient, clean, more spacious than expected. A good base for exploring the region.

The automated check-in machine (during late check-in) did not recognize that I had already paid via booking.com (or maybe it just needed to collect the city tax), but a night reception staff was there to help and there was also a button to call remote support.

One important factor is that most hotels in this chain have secure car parks which is quite important given that the chain hotels are generally located close to industrial zones of large towns. This chain of hotels can also be relied upon to provide a good standard of accommodation and are ideally suited to overnight stops. On this occasion the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help us when my wife discovered she had left her sunglasses in the room hours after we had left for our next destination. Having contacted the hotel, the staff looked for the sunglasses, found them and kept them safe until I was able to send the postage money. With that done the glasses were posted back to us in the UK. Great customer service.

All B & B Hotels appear to have the same problem concerning Wi-Fi. It is time consuming and an unnecessarily fussy procedure to get logged in. Once in, the connection drops if you stop using it for a few moments and you have to go through the whole long logging in procedure again. I tend to make a great deal of use of the internet and email when travelling and must therefore consider using an alternative chain.

-the front desk staff were hospitable -close to the Colmar center -free parking at the hotel -the hotel is nice inside and out -the room is small, but spacious for 2 people -breakfeast is good! not very enriched, but good.

-the fact that there was no radiator in the room and the air conditioner does not heat the room enough, but there is in the bathroom 🙏
