Check in was open until midnight and was super easy and staff was very nice and welcoming. We liked the fact that there eas a big free parking lot in front of a hotel. The room was small but all you need for one night stay. We were welcomed with free coffee or tea in the room and everyghing was clean. Bathroom and shower inside were big, which sometimes isn't the case with similar hotel rooms.

Location, while it is close by car to city center, the area is not nice to walk through. It is close to the airport and is good for a short stay next to the main road which is what we needed so it wasn't big deal for us, but keep it in mind. There is also not many choices to eat around (one restaurant next to the hotel, and others are 10-15min walk through industrial area to get to them).

Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were not only very clean but they had a modern decor. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Finally, the location of the hotel is very good - adjacent to the airport (although we didn't travel by air) and not too far from the historic downtown of Colmar.

There was a dead insect on the floor and next to the wall that supported the television screen. However, it could have come in from the outside of the property. This is not indicative of anything the hotel staff did wrong or failed to do, merely coincidental.

Great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Quiet room. Plenty of room for suitcases, hanging. Tea and coffee making (kettle and pod coffee machine). Toilet separate from bathroom

Glass door to bathroom - why?? Would be terrible if you were two singles sharing. No wash basin in separate wc (this is standard for France, but it would be good to have it)

Recent - functional - good bed - breakfast good too

Was the last room available i guess so we had a room with the door to another room and we could hear everything from them (family with a young kid) in the morning through that door (and assume they likewise could hear everything from us the night before as we came back late). Otherwise room was comfy.

The check in process was very fast. Reception team was very quick to answer all my queries. The cleanliness of the room is pretty good in my opinion. As for communications, its really clear. I would recommend to people who is visiting Colmar to stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was good but choices a little limited. As for the value, the amenities was rather short to make up what was lacking.

The staff was fantastic, always available and with a smile on their lips. Excellent structure with free internal parking with a strategic position and the tranquility of the surrounding environment. The structure is in a great location, beautiful rooms, very clean and very welcoming. Exceptional!

Hotel is very new and clean. It has everything you would need in a city hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a little bar service (not an exact bar) and little lounge area where you can chill and enjoy after a day of walking.

In order to go to Colmar center, you need to take uber or get a taxi.

I had a pleasant night in B&B HOTEL Colmar Liberté 4 étoiles. It is very warm and cozy, has a lovely and helpful staff. The room was large enough and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and light. If we have a road to Colmar again. we'll be defenitely staying at B&B Hotel Colmar Liberte eltoiles.

Faraway from the city. Lack of public transport, only available on week days. However, the taxi price is not that high.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the town which is good when you just transit. There is a restaurant next to it (open till late) and some shops around. The reception is open 24h so easy to checking late. Breakfast is payed separately. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

The location. It is 5km away from town and no transport available on new year day even public transport. we got stuck in the hotel and not able to visit any of the Alsac villages. Kind receptionist helped us to find a taxi in the next morning to go back to Kolmar to catch our train to Paris
