The staff is kind, helpful, pleasant, and ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The internet is good. Otherwise, if you're not traveling by car, there are a few options for transfers between the center and the hotel. If you come from the train station to the hotel, take line 7 towards ZI Nord and get off at the station called Timken. From the station, it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. There isn't much public transportation, but it's punctual and not available on Sundays. Take a picture of the schedule at each station and pay attention if it's a holiday or Saturday, as the schedule may differ. We also used Uber; the fare from the theater to the hotel was 12 euros. So, I would encourage you to choose the hotel. Now about the food, I'd say the selection isn't vast, but considering hotels in France, I'd say this hotel offers a wide range.

The location was very practical. Plenty of space to park the car. It was easy to reach from the highway. We walked to Colmar from the hotel. It was about a 20-25 minute walk past a pretty busy and borring road, but plenty of pavement to walk on. I would recommend this hotel for one night if you want to see Colmar and use it as a stopover, but not for a long stay unless you're really on a budget. Don't expect anything fancy here. The room was clean. Felt a bit dated, but was fine for us. The dog was welcome here for a small fee.

Nothing in particular. It's just a bit dated. It's not really a cosy hotel. If you stay here I would recommend spending as much time as possible in the centre of beautiful Colmar.

We were just here for the night and the room was brilliant for our needs. The staff were very obliging with our request for extra pillows. The location from the beautiful part of Colmar was excellent. We drove in for the evening for dinner and a walk around (make sure you make a booking first for a restaurant, super busy place for dinner and so many restaurants already fully booked). Walking into Colmar was also super easy and pleasant (we walked in for breakfast in the morning to market close to Little Venice).

The wi-fi was interesting. We felt we had to log back in each time we got back into our room.

The staff are very sympathetic. On our first day, the guy at the reception gave us nice tips of the town, in terms of parking, where to eat, etc. One day they failed to make the room, despite that we asked for it, so they made a gesture by giving us breakfast for free the next day, which was much appreciated.

The breakfast could be more authentic and with more variety. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Super freindly and warm welcoming and supportive personal. We liked the suggested restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and we also got good discount through the hotel. Room very clean. Good location near the city center (5 min with car). Reception provides necessary and good informations. Excellent Quality/Price ratio!

Reservation done for 2.persons. We expected to find towels and pillows for 2 but we found only for one person. Reception was keen to help and to provide extra pillows. However this should be done automatically. But this is very small details.

Though very basic, everything was in good condition and spotlessly clean. Somewhere like this makes you realise that you pay a lot of money for things like a coffee machine in the room, which you don’t really need. The air conditioner worked well, the room was quiet, and the bed comfortable. We walked into Colmar easily, all on footpaths.

If you don't have a car, it might be a bit of a walk to find a restaurant. However, I know this before booking, so it was not really a blocking issue for me.

Room was efficient and large enough for three people. Easy to access the hotel via car with ample parking. Close to shopping areas and restaurants. Air conditioning worked well.

Location is not walkable. Beds are very firm (standard European firmness). Curtain allows light to enter at the bottom and shines on the head of the person on the single bed.

It was what we needed - a bed with a door in Colmar :) the staff were super helpful and very nice , spoke good English z

It was a bit further away than we expected , but that’s on us - about a 30 min walk into Colmar . This turned into a blessing , as because there was another 40 million people in colmar it was nice to get away from the crowd .

Nice staff, enough free parking available, water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel is about 25 minutes walking to the centre of Colmar. Very good value for money!

Breakfast room was quite small and the queue was most of the time long so we never went for a second round due to the waiting time.
