Hotel had a modern and contemporary feel to it, was bright and airy, and the room was large and comfortable with good air con. Reception staff Louise and Maiwen were exceptional in helping us navigate local transport and restaurants in Colmar. They were friendly and engaging and are a credit to Best Western. Breakfast was really excellent, with a full range of hot and cold options, good tea & coffee, and fruit juices. Didn’t use the hotel EV charger, but looked to be fully operational and at a reasonable price. Parking was readily available at various times of the day and night when we needed it, and was secured at night.

Nothing, all good. A bit of a walk to get the bus into town, but no real problem.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and had the very useful asset of a kettle with tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food and drinks. The staff were obliging and pleasant. Morgane Moser (the directrice) was most helpful with advice on how to use public transport to visit Colmar and what to visit in the surrounding countryside. The car parking was very adequate.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom very nice. A real plus point is the possibility to charge an electric car in the car park, which is locked at night. I suggest that the hotel add a few more EV-charging points, so that guests with electric cars don't have to worry about getting a space. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of healthy choices (pumpkin seeds, cranberries, walnuts, wholemeal bread) in addition to delicious cakes and croissants of all kinds. Two nearby restaurants (a five-minute walk) give a discount to Best Western clients. We will be going back next month!

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Colmar and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the Alsace region. The location is perfect for those planning to visit Colmar and nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the area.

We had a triple room, a queen bed with a pull-out chair. We all fit but not much extra room. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to have our dog with us for a minimal charge. The parking lot felt safe for our vehicle.

The bathroom door was a slider with no lock. For a teenager in the room with their parents, it felt a little exposed. The breakfast was decent, but nothing that I'd pay for again. The pastries were stale. The hotel is close to the highway, so it was convenient, but there isn't anything around the property to walk to.

One of our stops on the road trip was Colmar. We stayed for one day, and it fully met our needs. It's a 7-minute drive to the Colmar city center parking. There is an electric charging facility, and most importantly, there is no parking problem. It's great for short stays. I stayed with my spouse and child, and we were very comfortable.

We booked the hotel for transiting towards home, with a stop in Colmar. Even the hotel is at the outskirts of the town, it is not far from the center (by car). The room is cosy, clean sheets and rather comfortable bed. The breakfast offers quite good choices of food. The staff is friendly, helpful with information on the nearby of the hotel.

room next to main road but not noisy. there are loads of food options and supermarket nearby too. not walkable to colmar (public transport ends early) but easy couple of mins drive. big rooms. reception people are really friendly. went at off peak so parking was easy but some may find it narrow if the hotel is full.

shower floor is elevated so water keeps seeping out. would rather have room smaller and bigger washroom. washroom extremely tiny and place to hang towel is opposite where the shower faces. sink small. basic toilet amenities

Very friendly staff, especially the reception staff who were really welcoming and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and had a nice bar which was good for an evening drink

The location of the hotel was convenient for motorway but not great for the town centre. There isn't much choice of places to eat within walking distance - we went to Leon (which was OK but not great) but even that meant crossing a busy dual carriageway on foot. Not ideal.

The receptionist was suprr friendly and efficient. The room was a reasonable sise with a very nice bathroom. Heating in the room and bathroom worked well.. The breakfast buffet was great, with a lovely selection of hot and cold food.

The location is great if you have a car but a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop. Extra plates would have been useful at breakfast. .
