The staff( big thanks to Tiffany from the reception for the thoughtful gifts and cute note and for going out of her way to help us with our questions and needs), how clean the place was, the spa, pools, the room.

The food at their main restaurant. Not too many options for vegetarians, no salads, no vegetables. The waiter was super nice and helpful, but I wish the management would put more vegetarian options on the menu. It's funny that their sports bar, right next to the restaurant, had salads and more options. We went there for dessert (the creme brulee and the pannacotta were delicious!)

It is always a pleasure to stay at a Barriere hotel, not only Ribeauville but Paris and Deauville as well. We visited Ribeauville hotel many times and we will again. Professional and efficient service, warm welcome … Once it was my wife’s birthday we got an upgrade to a suite and a bottle of Champagne, Fouquet I think. No need to say more …
