New renovated old Elzas house with all luxury for eyes & comfort that you like to have & stay in this familly run hotel & location is superb & with short distance to walk from carpark long stay ( as centrum all just max 2 hours to drop or collect ) but we found easy spot to park our car near by the hotel

Well firstly THE room WIFI has problem not working but they gave theirs private one & only works on the lobby of the restaurant & they are closed in summer during our stay & so 3 nites almost no internet during our stay PECHT & further I just wonder why the pillow always so bad flappy & just like dead pillow than a good one for us to sleep with ? this also in Colmar hotel that we have visited ! Finally is with those expensive renovation to look luxury but If the owner never welcoming you by words & give senses of hospitality than your stay would be grey ! Perhaps a short training to the owner in hospitality would make us feel WELCOME in that beautiful village of RIBEAUVILLE

Location. I would like to have rated the staff higher because they were very friendly but one of the waiting staff let the whole side down!

I wouldn't write this unless I was 100% certain, but I had a pashmina scarf taken from my case. I was going to use it, but decided to wear a jacket instead due to the rain. I put it back in my case and when we arrived at the next hotel it was gone. Not a terribly valuable item but if the cleaners are prepared to take that they certainly would take valuables!

This hotel-restaurant is very well located towards the top end of Ribeauvillé. Parking FOC within ‘white line’ parking bays was accessible up by the church / hospital. Closer parking for two hour periods FOC was possible once Monsieur had provided a Carte Bleue. We ate here two nights out of three. the food was really good and stylish advice was given on the best wines to go with dishes selected. Our room was very clean and comfortable once we had got used to the otherwise excellent bathroom being separated from the bedroom only by a glass wall and a heavy curtain. It worked, but was different. A great place to stay and we would recommend walking to Riquewihr through the vineyards for breakfast, before exploring there. Colmar also well worth a visit. Madame speaks English. Monsieur does not!

The rooms were comfortable, clean, shower with a good pressure and beautifully arranged. The hotel was arranged at the center of the town and parking spaces were sufficiently available nearby. The hosts were very kind, friendly and welcoming with lots of helpful advice. Together with the delicious food & wine we felt like home, though in a different country. Recommendable to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday with good food & wine in a place full of history.

Breakfast was outstanding as was location. Owner and her husband, who served as hotel staff, were very friendly and helpful. Newly renovated, exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Parking a problem, no staff at hotel, except for breakfast, on Mondays and Tuesdays as well as from 3 to 5 every afternoon, no elevator. My recommendation is hire someone to be at desk 24/7.

Great location, very clean and stylish, room was a good size and well thought out. I forgot to ask for a table in the restaurant (essential and a reminder email was sent) but the owner very kindly reserved one for us anyway. Restaurant is fabulous, excellent food, excellent service. We ate outside but the restaurant inside looked very inviting. Breakfast was very good - a bit more than the usual continental breakfast with great coffee and the option on Cremant. Can’t recommend highly enough and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and has a distinct 'old town' flavor that enhanced the warm and friendly atmosphere of the area. Also surrounded by vineyards and flanked by several castles in the area, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring to your heart's delight. The accommodations (room, breakfast, service) were all high quality and met or exceeded our needs.

Parking can be tricky in the center of town as the maximum time limit for parking from 9am to 9pm is 2hrs.

Great location in the centre of pretty Ribeauville. Nicely furnished room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Fantastic restaurant with an extensive wine list. Breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous, a 10 out of 10.

Bedroom window had a view of the neighbouring wall. No lift.

Warm and welcoming reception, great location in town, good size rooms, good selection for breakfast, big and comfortable bed

Only downside is the carpet flooring - I personally prefer the cleanliness of wood floors

First class seecice, very friendly hosts - room stunning William Morris Wallpaper - high quality fixtures and fitting - dinner was superb and the village picture postcard traditionally French/German Breakfast once again outstanding
