A very smart-looking hotel. Room 329 was very clean and spacious. The bed was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was very good - the breads were fantastic! I would have liked more choices of canned fruit. Metro station for direct subway to downtown Paris is a two minute walk from Hotel. Several excellent restaurants are located just steps away from the hotel.

The hallway carpet needed to be cleaned more thoroughly in places.

The room was large and well-appointed. Very nice bathroom. Good wifi, except I had to keep logging in even when I changed location within the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, though a little pricey. Staff were extremely helpful. There was a young Asian woman at the front desk who helped me especially (and I was determined to remember her name...Alas!). The location is VERY convenient to the Metro, and has nice cafes and shops right outside the door. Didn't use the gym. I was very pleased with my overall experience there and would highly recommend the Evergreen Laurel!

It would have been nice to have a smaller breakfast option for a minimal cost. Not everyone eats that much! Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Forgot a few things when servicing our room each day for example tea bags and bottled water but was not an issue when we rang for more tea. The location is not That close to the centre of Paris but train station is close by. Ubers take ages as the traffic is pretty busy always.

The staff was very helpful, and held our bags while we did a day trip, (we stayed 3 nights). We had a wonderful conversation with the bartender during Happy Hour, he was very attentive, kind, and helpful in learning about Paris.

I think that starting the breakfast serving time to 6:00 or 6:30 am, would benefit the flow of patrons/travelers greatly. The queue was so large at 7 am, it held up the patrons gathering food in a timely manner, and disrupted the ease which normally follows a well run food buffet.

Nice hotel, located in a good area and close from our clients. The staff is very kind, the room was very nice and clean. It is a little old fashion but will all the comfort. The Wifi a little slow at moments, but ok.

The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad was not fresh and some of the fruits in it had a bad taste. The choice of fresh fruits (not in salad) was very poor- apples only. No fruits from the season (berries, peaches, ...). The mini croissant was fine.

Friendly staff, allowed early check in for me, when he discovered I travelled 20 hours non stop to reach Paris

Breakfast area can be fully crowded, especially when several big tour groups entered breakfast area simultaneously

Our room was nicely spacious, quiet. The staff was really nice and ready to help out for all our questions. Good underground parking spot. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, but enjoyed the restaurants around at a short walking distance. Easy to get around with the metro. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

You can’t open the windows (of course for safety purposes) but that didn’t bother me. The climate is a bit tricky to use.

The facility is well located close to the Metro. Rooms nice and big with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and there is on-site parking. And we loved having g a bath.

The windows of the hotel can’t be opened so there is a very claustrophobic feeling to the air in the room. 20 euro extra for parking to a room which is already 200 per night is a bit much in my opinion.

the shower temperature fluctuated between burning hot and cold, husband was scolded the first time. reported to the hotel desk and it seemed to be better the next day but still problematic
