Everything about it!! From the warm welcome - despite our very late arrival, to the comfortableness of the rooms and the hotel in general. Rooms offered all necessary amenities, family room being super spacious with an unexpected large terrace; Great shower; and all super clean. The hotel entirely is designed with thought - conveniently wide stairs, lights that turn on automatically when you enter public zones, and 2 elegantly designed restaurant areas. Food in them was great, as was the breakfast - with freshly baked bread and pastries. This family-run hotel is a gem 💎 and we highly recommend it! If you're travelling Champagne region - this is the place to stay!!

There was nothing not to like! Even when the coffee machine ran out of something - it was immediately replaced, and when pastries finished - new freshly baked ones were brought in abundance. 🔝

A very nice and very chic hotel, with very comfortable, spacious and clean room! The personel was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located on a nice champagne touristic route! Amazing!!! I thought that i will definetly come back to this hotel and enjoy more of the champagne !!!😇

This was not our first stop over here. The hotel is situated in a very attractive rural village in the Champagne region. The team are very hospitable and friendly, beyond any expectation. The rooms are large with spacious terraces and comfy beds. Good breakfast and secure parking. The restaurant was great again, both food and wine.

Despite the booking page stating that the check-in is from 1600, be aware that the hotel is literally locked before 1630 and there is a surcharge for early check in. Please can it be made obvious on the information page to help travel planning.

Great place if you want to stay in Aube region. Cozy, clean, with a very friendly stuff. They say that "At the hotel each room is fitted with air conditioning" - and this is so true! Even better: the A/C works! You will appreciate it if the summer is hot, just like I did, unlike in some other hotels where either there's no A/C, or it's simply useless. There's a good authentic restaurant open on Monday (while many other places around aren't). So, if you travel in Champagne and, especially, want to visit some winemakers in the area - totally recommended!

The hotel had only been open a week, so everything was sparkling. The rooms were very comfortable and the en suite was excellent. It is being run by a husband and wife team who were very attentive and made sure that we were completely happy. The restaurant was great. Firstly the acoustics meant we we were able to converse easily (I am hard of hearing) The menu is gastronomique, and lives up to expectations. I had riz de veau and my wife had coley. They were both excellent. Breakfast is a copious continental buffet and very good value.

The hosts are already aware of the one or two suggestion I had thought to make. They apologised that the wine list was incomplete and that the coffee making equipment in the room was awaiting delivery. We would observe that if we had had young children with us, the menu could have been a challenge for them, although they would have loved the deserts.

Very quiet, clean, off-street parking, great breakfast.

Overly complicated controls for heating the room and bathroom. We are reasonably competent technically, but could not work out how to set the temperature controls and the room was a bit cold as a result. Would have rated the stay a 9 if we had not had a heating issue.

Located in a beautiful rural village with several champagne houses. We enjoyed a walk around it in the sunshine before dinner. Very pleasant restaurant which we encountered on a quiet evening, offering some delicious food. It can be difficult to find a choice of non-meat dishes in France and they'd run out of the only fish (turbot) on the menu. However the chef put together a tasty plate of smoked fish and vegetables for us. There was an excellent selection of desserts and local cheeses. Breakfast was good with a range of delicious local products. We'd happily stay there again and take time to explore the village further and the neighbouring one where Renoir went to paint during the summers.

The wifi was poor in the room but we only realised on leaving that was because the router on our floor needed re-setting. That sorted the problem.

We were staying here over the weekend with friends of ours and had such a relaxing time. Even though we arrived late in the evening, we were still able to get some cold dishes and of course champagne to relax after the journey. The team are very hospitable and friendly. The rooms have wonderful, spacious terraces which are perfect for relaxing on and the situation in the village is perfect for walking to the several champagne houses in that are dotted about. Thank you for such a relaxing stay.

We chose the hotel for secure parking (off street, quiet village) and restaurant for our transit stop en route to London from the south of France. It delivered on both, including a warm welcome and delicious meal with glass of champagne. The hotel is a modern and extremely comfortable renovation and the staff were excellent.

The hotel was really nice and our bedrooms had a lovely terraces with a table and sunbeds. The bathroom was spacious and nice.

We weren't impressed with the breakfast, we went down at 9.00 and there wasn't much variety and the coffee machine dispenser wasn't working properly. They didn't ask if we wanted any cooked breakfast.
