Location is excellent and dinner and breakfast was good

during July we had two stays with you. First July 5'th. We had an excellent stay with good rooms and excellent dinner and breakfast. Second stay July 19'th we gor a very small room where we could not open the windows due to wasps had build thier "nest" over the windovs. The air con did not work properly so all in all a bad experience. Staff, and dining was again in top though.

A precious old building right in the middle of the village of Piney with a good restaurant. The village has a bar/tabac if you fancy a different drink and a good boulangerie.

Shared the room and ended up with the "wrong" bed. One bed was apparently very comfortable. Mine was a sofa bed which must have seen better days, which was a shame really. The swimming pool is on the smallish size but good to cool down especially as it is unheated which I actually like. The pool is not in the main building, you just need to cross the road and you're there.

This was the third time we had stayed at Logis le Tadorne. We were travelling back from the Alps to the UK with our three golden retrievers and the hotel was very welcoming to all of us. The restaurant is particularly good and we were not at all disappointed this time. Good choice, nice selection of wines and some lovely extras thrown in by the chef. The room was plenty big enough for us and the three large dogs and we found some new area to walk them quite close to the hotel, as well as walk them by the large lake just a short drive away.

Beautiful building and gorgeous set up. Beds we very large and very comfortable. Dinner was absolutely delicious. Very dog friendly. Lovely bar area

Inside decor was a bit garish for the surroundings in my opinion. Our shower was a trickle and was a handheld shower over a large bath (not sure you be staying long enough to fill the bath🤔) shame only one of the veg options was available at dinner and it was pasta which is always a little unimaginative.

One night stay while travelling back from the French alps to the eurotunnel. The hotel kindly allowed us to take our three golden retrievers as they have several times before. The food was, as always, really excellent and is perhaps the main reason we come back to this quaint hotel in a quiet village close to lovely lake walks and wooded areas.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety different food on offer. I liked using a press to get fresh orange juice and making a waffle. The restaurant was superb with a well crafted menu and the staff were very friendly and helpful. La Tadorne is brilliant as a first stop travelling from the UK into France.

I personally found there was nothing I disliked during my many stays at La Tadorne.

This is a beautiful, traditional old hotel set slightly off the beaten track. The facilities were excellent, the room large and spotlessly clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a good choice of food and wine(dinner only) and cakes (breakfast). We were provided with secure parking for our motorcycles free of charge.

Dinner and breakfast were both fantastic and excellent value. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is historic, and the square it is in is very historic (Napoleon stayed in the building opposite which is largely unchanged). The rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet, and we slept very well.

The outstanding food. The food in the restaurant was superb and caters for all ages. Definitely a little gem of a find. The breakfast also a hit with all the family. Waffles and fresh orange juice alongside great coffee. What more could one ask for . Also good parking

Lovely rooms that were quiet and overlooked the garden and terraces. Friendly helpful staff and very good food. The pool was lovely, clean and much needed since in the heat. Great dining areas inside and out. Wonderful walks nearby in this pretty town and in the forest and round the lake, where we swam.
