Clean, staff very helpful. Even though Google does not provide correct directions, I was able to find it. So whoever wants to go there... Google lies ;-)

I've stayed only from late in the evening till early morning, So there was nothing I did not like. Maybe except the Google providing not so good directions. When checking in do not rush with entering your credit card. It takes a few long seconds for the terminal to get to the state when you can insert your credit card for payment. I tried twice - it was too fast, and then a person came and told me how to do it (do it slowly) and everything was fine. Hardware problem in my opinion.

The hotel was in a good location to the motorway and 5 minutes from Troyes town centre. Parking is secure. The idea of using codes instead of keys or a card is a good option. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, rooms had air-conditioners. There are vending machines in the lobby if you wanted snacks, drinks or coffee. We opted for breakfast, which was very good although very busy. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would probably use that hotel again.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Friendly staff who checked me in and sent me my access code when I messaged to say I’d arrive the next day due to train issues. Very quick response to my message! Room was clean and location was quiet, always appreciated when travelling for work. Microwave available for use in the lobby which is handy, and a vending machine with ok prices for drinks and snacks. Love the use of codes for entry instead of using cards. A budget hotel I’d definitely book again.

Breakfast was basic, but overall ok considering the low cost compared to other hotels.

I arrived at 10pm, so I didn't see much of the hotel, to be honest. In the morning, the breakfast room looked very busy and good. I loved that there was an easy to use (and affordable) car charger in the car park.

I arrived after the main gate had closed. My reservation number didn't let me get in the gate (I only got that after I checked in at the machine). I had to park on the street and use the lobby machine to check in (more in a minute) to get the room code that would also open the gate... The lobby machine did let me add on a breakfast, but then wouldn't continue until I'd unchecked that option again.

Great location, great facilities and staff very helpful

The booking process was terrible, we had a confirmed booking but the hotel had no record, we ended up having 6 rooms booked on the website (we only needed 2) but none were registered with the hotel, it was only my emailing the hotel that we managed to confirm the situation and get rooms booked. The hotel was fully booked so if I had not taken the proactive action to confirm we would have been in a world of pain. Claire in reception we very helpful and managed to resolve the issue.

This is exactly the type of hotel that my wife and I like when travelling across Europe. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped - the beds were incredibly comfortable and the small shower room very nicely done. Plenty of secure parking and extremely efficient experience. For instance a code supplied to you to operate the gate of the parking, the entrance of the hotel and access to your room. This was very useful as we arrived late after a long day of travelling. There is nothing I could fault with the system used at the hotel. Breakfast was not outstanding but it was more than sufficient and very efficient. We would stay at a B&B Hotel on our travels again without any hesitation.

The ONLY thing we did not like about the hotel was the apparent lack of stairs to go from one floor to another. There were sealed off stairs for use in an emergency. The lift was fine, clean and reasonable size .... but what if it was not working? Also you HAD to wait for the lift, which was often being used by other guests of course, when we would rather simply go up and down one flight of stairs? This is strange and when constructing would have been a very easy thing to resolve? A shame for an otherwise superb property.

One of the best B&B Hotels I've stayed in. The accommodation is basic, and the hotel is ideal for a stopover and not a holiday, but it is nonetheless very well organized, with some particularly good common areas to eat, play games, watch TV, whatever. The staff were very helpful, lending us cutlery for our dinner. There is plenty of safe parking, closed at night for security.

The area is an industrial estate, which iis no issue for a stopover. It would be helpful if breakfast could start a little earlier (7 instead of 7,30?) for people who need to get started on a long trip.

Easy access from main motorway routes. Excellent access to retail opportunities (very good Decathlon near by). Lovely steak restaurant 2 minutes walk away. A fantastic boulangerie for breakfast 5 minutes walk away. Excellent stop over travelling north from the ales

Basic room I would wait for the person to check you in. Not sure the brave new world contactless system is for everyone.

Very clean and modern. EV charging was a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options for gluten free. Staff were all very helpful and polite.

Facilities are a little basic but that's reflected in the price. Bathrooms are quite small, very little space around the sink to put a washbag. Beds were a little firm for my preference.

Location was great. Liked the boulangerie quite close by. Checkin was fine. Rooms clean and nice. Lobby area was fine too. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was.

The automated check-in was a bit tricky to navigate because we had 5 rooms in total (5 adults and 5 kids) so had to check in effectively 5 times. Could have been a bit slicker really. Also wasn't told the hotel didn't take Amex, so had to have three calls with them en-route to sort out the deposit.
