The bedroom was very clean with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spacious and clean with towels and toiletries provided. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I used the washing machine (4 Euros) and the drying machine (2 Euros) and I asked for an iron from the reception staff. The location is very good, only about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and about 15 minutes' walk from the railway station and the coach station. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good, but we found the size of the bedroom a bit small. There was not a lot of space between the two single beds and the desk and the wardrobe.

Well equipped and well laid out. Easy access and a good shower. The hotel is perfectly located with just a short walk to an extensive range of restaurants and bars. Simple check in and check out, couldn't be simpler

No sockets at a sensible height or location to plug in the kettle, it had to sit on a chair whilst it boiled. The rooms were warm so we had to leave the window open, unfortunately because of the bright lights from the parking and the garden opposite we had to close the electric shutters completely which meant still no air flow.

The property was easy to access and the communication of the check in was pretty clear. The room could have been a little warmer but that's okay. The shower, toilet, kitchen were clean. It feel secure as well.

There could have been a kettle inside of the flat for boiling water for tea of coffee. Also, during the winters, the rooms can be a little chilly. The heating system is taking a little time to heat up the room.

It was HOT! the room was so hot and there's no fan or aircon. We struggled to sleep. But if the weather isn't so steamy it's fine!

Friendly, helpful young lady at the reception. We had booked a twin room but when she saw we had a large dog (pet-friendly hotel) and two bicycles she offered us a double bed room as it was more spacious. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Paid (€7) private parking in front of hotel was also convenient.

The location close to the city centre was fabulous. Free parking & wifi. The kitchenette was really useful. There is a supermarket just around the corner for any food stuffs. We had a superior flat and this was great for the extra space so would recommend getting the upgrade.

Some guests but mainly staff had their smoking breaks outside the front door and as our room was above this, the smoke smell came into our room every time. Perhaps the staff should be encouraged to smoke elsewhere. The corridors were very tatty and could do with an urgent redecoration and recarpeting - but the flat itself was in good order and comfortable.

Very close to the historical center, convenient parking, friendly staff.

Very small room for two people. Not enough dishes - no wine glasses, no cutting board. Not very clean dishes. Not enough electrical outlets.

The only problem we had was that the wifi wasn’t working… we didn’t bother to call because we were tired! Also, I think I left the computer charger… is it possible that if you find it you can mail it?🙏🏻
