Very close to the motorway so easy to reach. Plenty of onsight parking. Rooms are tiny but as we only needed an overnight stay it was perfect for it, wouldn't spend long there though. In about 5-10min walk plenty of shops and places to eat out.

Breakfast was tasty but I guess due everything being small there is no cooked breakfast , no proper kitchen I guess. Our room was facing the building fairy lights which is nice from a distance as far as decor goes but too bright to sleep so had close the shutter which is easy enough but I hate sleeping in pitch black, like the natural night ambience, this is a thing minor though.

Easy access from motorway. We've stayed many times. Always clean and comfortable.

Breakfast just a little too continental for us. The cereal is too bland and the hot water is never hot enough for tea. They need a kettle to be available. On the night of our stay there was some sort of young sports team staying. They were extremely noisy, but luckily not past 9pm. The breakfast offering was extremely diminished when they had finished so we were glad we hadn't booked it in advance. Overall these negative points didn't spoil our stay.

The materace cover on kids' bed was covered in hair, so it should be checked regularly. We only noticed as someone forgot to put the bedding on kids' bunk. The lady in reception might need help at breakfast. I think it's difficult for one person to do reception as well as dishes and serving breakfast for all the guests. First impressions are important, whether it is a luxury or a budget hotel.People smoking in front of the entrance door leaves a bad smell in the reception area.

East access from motorway. Staff pleasant. Several eateries close by.

Breakfast is served until 10.00am. If you choose to eat at 9.15am I believe the same selection of food should be available. If supplies have run out then a % refund should be given. A typical French shrug is not enough. Anyone with type 2 diabetes should not be left at a disadvantage.

location is great for trip to Alps. easy to get too off motorway. lots of eateries very near. we walked to them, or very short drive. rooms are budget but are perfectly adequate for stop over. check in was easy. check out easy. parking available

breakfast is OK but is literally buffet so yoghurt, cornflakes, cold pastries, jam, ham, cheese, toast, juice and coffee. didn't have builders tea bags. rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for over night stop

I made a mistake when booking due to the fact I was arriving at 0100hrs. When I checked in the receptionist pointed this out but said we would not be charged and that he would refund. My wife then paid for an additional one night fee. We have not been refunded. This is our fault and we would have accepted this as my mistake. It is just disappointing as the receptionist said we would not be charged. All other aspects were fine.

Very helpful pleasant staff, ready to communicate in English or French as required, convenient ground floor room, reasonably comfortable bed, TV, shower gel/soap, asked for extra towels which were provided without any fuss. Good selection for breakfast, although bread was a little scarce (came down at 9:45), pleasant coffee, bright cheerful breakfast room. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets and fuel.

Wall bracket for the shower head was hard to reach for shorter people. Also my wife who is 5ft 2 inches tall and another lady who was probably 4ft tall both required someone to view and reach items on the top tier of the breakfast servery as the baskets/holders were above head height and not labelled.

Perfect "stop over" location. We were on our way home from South of France and need a place to stay that was close to the highway, but also close to restaurants and a place to get gas. IBIS Troyes Est was exactly that. Very easy to find, Check in and Check out was one process so we could leave immediately after breakfast. Breakfast was simple, fresh and good. We would definitely stop here again.

Quite a new hotel which was near the autoroute. Plenty of places to eat on the estate, where you get a 10% discount of your bills if you show your Ibis receipt. Plenty of parking on site.

All okay, although a sports team were staying overnight, so busy yet still quiet.

Great location for a choice of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was comfortable, bathroom clean and sufficient, with a shower cubicle rather than the pod that some ibis budget rooms have so more spacious. I'll come back next time we need a stop over on the journey through france.
