The location was great, just a few minutes walk into the old historic centre full of beautiful buildings, restaurants, bars and cafes. The room was a family room, split into two bedrooms which was great (adults in one, children in the other). The breakfast was simple but was more than adequate with good coffee and food options.

A very small point really as the room was good, but the bathroom was quite small for a family of 4. However, the shower was excellent and it wouldn't put me off staying there again in the future.

The Logis is well situated for exploring the medieval city of Troyes (pronounced Trois). Reception provided a walking map which followed a route marked out on the city streets with discreet arrows so easy to follow. The hotel has everything you need - a comfortable bed, opening window, excellent shower, good breakfast, friendly reception staff who speak English. There a many good restaurants nearby but advisable to book. Reception also provided a kettle. Parking is on site and very secure. There are even some electric car charging points.

Great location minutes walk from the historic heart of city. Easily accessible secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value continental breakfast. Family room was two interconnecting rooms each with shower room so more spacious than usual and great value. Clean basic rooms, perfect for a stopover in this beautiful city. Would definitely return.

Not much at all as such good value cant expect more at this price. Bed not as comfortable as hoped (a topper would easily improve it) but didn’t disturb sleep. Everything else more than makes up for it!

I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here. As I had pre-booked the Hotel and parking I was fully aware that there was an additional charge @ 9EUR for the use of the secure garage on site. The Hotel was securely fenced complete with an entry gate, car park was well lit however, car spaces appeared limited. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and the large bed was great. The Air Conditioning was very welcome. The location was great, just around the corner from a beautiful and Interesting historic centre. The Hotel Receptionist lady was very welcoming, and very helpful in terms of tourist Information. She did work hard as she was back again on duty the next morning organising the breakfast!! The Continental Breakfast was subject to an additional charge of 9.50 EUR, although a limited selection, it was very nice and set you up for the day. I would consider this Logis Hotel to be good value for money and great for an overnight stay.

Opted for the breakfast (9€) and parking (7€). Breakfast worth it for ease and a decent buffet. Parking definitely worth it (gated for ease of mind). The holy grail was the fabulous aircon in the room. Hotel was very responsive to my query on the parking and sent us a message about a road closure (thank you Camille). A very short walk to the centre. A really great base for Troyes and the surrounding area.

The shower functioned, but could do with renewal/variable water pressure resolving.

We originally booked an upstairs room but on seeing the fact I was using a stick to walk with, the receptionist immediately offered us a ground floor room suitable for disabled. Admittedly there was no room view at all but that was no problem. I will mention that the room has a shower that was fully accessible for wheelchair users; a really positive point, I think. The location was a 5 minute walk from the centre of Troyes (pronounced TWAH). Breakfast was typically simple -plenty of croissants, cereals, bread, cheese, fruit but perfectly adequate. The receptionists were lovely and provided maps.

For what we paid there was nothing to complain about. There were drawers to put clothes in and no hooks.

We made a mistake with the booking and arrived a day early. The Hotel was full so we couldn´t stay there. The man on reception was very helpful and recommended the Kyriad Hotel which was nearby and which was where we managed to stay for the night. The hotel responses to my mail were very helpful and despite being outside the free cancellation window we were not charged for the night. However, all my attempts to contact Booking Com that Friday evening in order to make sure that room could be shown as available for the Saturday were to no avail. Several attempts at ringing were no use and there was no possibility to contact them via email either then or afterwards. Very disappointing with Booking Com to say the least.

The location is very close to the city centre and easily accessed by road, despite numerous road closures at the time (August 2023). The on-site parking is great - we were able to get 3 large motorbikes with hard luggage into one garage easily. Rooms were clean and reasonably sized. The staff were friendly.

The showers were very disappointing, it took several minutes for hot water to come through, and even then it was low pressure. Also the shower cubicle was very tight. The toilet was also cramped - I needed to sit sideways because the basin is directly in front of the toilet. At breakfast the staff were a little busy so some items remained empty for quite a while.

The hotel was easy to find (arrived by car). I had booked parking beforehand (9 euros). The people on reception were very friendly. We had a family room which were two adjoining rooms with a bathroom - very useful instead of having to book two separate rooms. The hotel is very central - it only took about 5 mins to walk to the centre where there are lots of restaurants.

We were on motorcycles so for us we chose this hotel for the secure on-site parking. We had an assigned garage and the garage block/parking spaces were behind locked gates. It was a short walk into a beautiful part of the city where there were loads of places to eat and drink. The room was compact but had everything we needed, the air conditioning was amazing, it was clean and a welcome stop after a long ride. Also, the receptionist was so lovely and sweet, a lovely welcome.

I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like, apart from maybe the staircase was quite steep and narrow which was a bit awkward carrying the luggage up and down.
